Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector? my reasoning for applying is as such:
1. i believe that my rather long stay in IA/ISD had allowed me to learn the role into extreme depths and really be good at it (or so i know about myself).
2. ive always been drawn to IA/ISD, and ive been enjoying the roles within it very much, so allowing me to have a more accessing role within it and expand the roleplaying experience of my own and other players is why i list this as a good reason to accept my assignment request.
3. on a real note here, irl ive always been a person who is very driven by justice and the need to help others, thats on a real note, and i do reflect it in game choices. what i am trying to get here is that i am able, and i will be able too genuinely commit to the role.
4. a rather short and to the point one, my experience, ive been an IA/ISD main for as long as i remember having access to the department, and i genuinely do believe that ISD will benefit from my addition to the inspector team

What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
1. as stated before, my experience and straight up presence in the department speak for their self, i am well versed in many aspect of the department such as interrogating, documenting, covertness, representing and more, and dew to that, i believe its a good point to be made in this request.
2. i have learned how to "manage" personnel, how to consider risk and reward, how to estimate what area needs how many individuals and more.
3. ive been tasked with many document making missions, whether it be as an agent, ambassador, captain and ECA, and doing all of that documentation would eventually lead to better documents, more in depth ones, more eye catching, and tone adjustment within the text.
4. i am very good team player, none of the roles ive held didnt require a degree of team work, which does point to the fact that if you are looking to add me to a leadership team, ill be a good pick

How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
about 30-45 documents in total, including 2 tribunal summeries, a tribunal summon and a ton of arrest reports, and in my opinion, what makes a document good is being of sufficient length (which is 4 - 6 pages), serves the truth without bias, detailed and on point, mix all of these up and youll conjure up quite the document.

What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
the basics:
- Enforcing the FLC&CoE
- Serving as the acting part of the order and the law of the foundation
- Preforming investigations
- Maintaining a standard of RP to yourself, your fellow agents and fellow server members

- Acting as a "bridge" between ISD leadership team/SA/SC and the boots on the ground
- Initiating investigations against other foundation personnel/department and upholding their integrity
- "Voting" for other's inspector applications, while not being specifically counted as an official vote, the leadership team's votes can effect the end result.
- Training new ISD members and walking them through what they need to know in order to fulfill their jobs efficiently.
- Acting as a place of authority in the lack of higher ranked personnel, lets say a severe code 5 is going on, and there is no one able to authorize AA on site, an inspector may pick up the glove in order to make sure the containment teams can fulfill their jobs

i believe that i will be a good addition to the ISD leadership team for the following reasons:
1. I am well experienced within IA, alongside my experience actually within the department's leadership team
2. Able to manage personnel and able to access situations and efficiently combat them.
3. I consider myself rather good in passing on trainings, being able to converse the topic at hand in a more memorable way

Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Jacob was born in the mid 90's, he was born to maria smith and michael hamsworth in █████ buckers, a rather small town with about 1000 residents or so, his father was a vietnam vet (to anyone reading this i mean this with absolutlly no disrespect), unfortunately his dad caught some sort of a disease while there, while it took about 15-17 years for it to catch up with him, he died 3 weeks before jacob was born.
later down jacob's life, he took great pride in his dad, and later have been recruited into the information operation central unit.
he prospered in this job.
around age 27 , he was promoted to the director if the information operation central unit, his ambition really showed, but maybe too much.
because soon enough the foundation had set their eyes on him.
one late night, he was driving him in his car, it felt weird, heavier, "off balance".
mid drive, a loud explosion accrued from the bottom of the car, the shockwave sending his car flying with him in it, the car landed on its roof, leaving him hanging, after a few minutes passerbys called the emergency services.
the ambulance wasnt marked, didnt have any symbol to associate itself with any country or group. a few hours of driving later, they reached the foundation, site 65, where after a quick interrogation, he was administered class-E amnestics, erasing most of the memories of his past life aside from key, personality creating moments. he was then instated into the inspector team.
