Why are you applying for Special Agent?
I am applying for Special Agent as I am enjoying DEA. I also believe I would be a capable and strong candidate within the department and be able to bring it great value in many aspects such as Roleplay and Combat. I have been playing DEA for a while and have seen some flaws within the department, flaws that I believe I could make a solid impact in solving and improving. My goals within the department are to improve it and leave it in a better condition then when I joined it. I would also like to be more involved within the Roleplay that happens between Foundation -> CI/GOC on surface, as I find it enjoyable and I believe I'd provide good quality RP. I also have some ideas for DEA Operations that could be made that would be more engaging and hopefully result in DEA being more willing to get them done to show us their qualities and skills.
What makes you suitable for Special Agent?:
Leadership
I have held many CL4 roles in the past, currently holding CI DELCOM. Alongside this, I have been an NCO+ in multiple MTFs. I believe with all my combined experiences I have proven multiple times in the past I am capable of leading a regiment and or squad of people. I have been able to assist different regiments and groups into a healthier position than before, alongside creating a good atmosphere for all involved to ensure absolute effectiveness alongside enjoyment.
Roleplay
I have also held some Roleplay driven positions such as OSA and SA. During this time i was able to complete different tasks and objectives for both and create roleplay scenarios for people daily. I have been apart of major events/map changes, alongside storylines that took place within Site-65. I always attempt to engage in roleplay as my #1 priority instead of constant combat all the time. I am capable of holding and maintaining relations with foreign GOIs focused towards an RP aspect over combat & war from my experience as CI BCOM/SA in the past, alongside my current experience as Senior Agent.
Documentation & Roster work
I am fairly capable of creating good documentation both in-game and out of game (google docs). I have created multiple documents in the past, such as Policies for GSD as an example. I am also quick to learn how Rosters function, alongside usually learning how to maintain and add new features to them. I made a roster that is still currently in use on the server.
Activity
I am very active on the server which would allow me to conduct varies tasks and duties over time, alongside being more widely available for assisting other DEA within the department and those looking for tryouts. This would also allow me to be more available for GOC/CI whenever they wish to contact Foundation for RP/Negotiations.
How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?:
Over the few years I've played the server, I've made dozens of documents for different departments & regiments such as A1, OSA, GSD, CI and DEA. Some of my documents were used in Department Policies and on-going server lore alongside events hosted by GMs. Good qualities of a document should include features such as a structure, proper grammar, punctuation and look presentable instead of being an eyesore. I have made a few documents upon my return as of recently that have been approved by CL4 DEA.
What are the responsibilities of the Special Agent in RP?:
- Leading DEA when Senior CL4 DEA aren't available
- Creating documentation about on-going issues and events, alongside reports about interrogations or incidents
- Being the primary contact of external communications for any GOIs wanting access to the Foundation
- Hosting tryouts for entry into the DEA, alongside for Senior, Field and Undercover agent
- Cooperating with SOP to conduct surface operations, raids, or containing anomalies that have escaped to surface
- Dealing with Code 1s as our primary object, however assisting in other codes when needed
- Preventing/Dealing with active info breaches on surface
- Maintaining relations with GOIs
- Ensure CL3 DEA are following a high standard and meeting all requirements & policies for DEA
