Why would you like to become a Gamemaster: I want to be able to provide on the spot RP enhancements for players to enrich their experience playing the server, as well as that I am also looking to hold long-running storylines for players to enjoy and be invested in, where their choices matter and it doesn’t feel like they’re being railroaded into a particular route.

What do you think you would be able to help us with on the server? Why are you special over the other applicants: I have 2 years of experience being a gamemaster on another server, where I learned a lot of useful techniques with building. I know how to make a detailed and immersive dupe with a limited prop count.

I have a different perspective on a lot of RP scenarios than other people, I want to focus on newer players primarily because by giving them something fun to do, they will usually stay on the server longer and potentially become the next RP leads.

Please List 3 small event ideas (Which would involve at least one side of the server):
“SCP-7528”
: SCP-7528 is an anomaly that manifests within digital screens. It is highly hostile and jumps from device to device; those who look at it too long, or are even in its presence too long, will find their heads no longer on their shoulders.

To start this event, the site will experience multiple back to back blackouts to signal something is wrong. After this, SCP-7528 will begin to appear on computers and projectors. It will kill those who are in its proximity for too long, but will kill those who look at it faster.

ETS will have multiple approaches to deal with this anomaly, they can either head to reactors and initiate a full shutdown to end the threat, head to HCZ servers and try to purge the anomaly from the site’s systems, or any other avenue of RP that makes sense through /me and /roll.

“Lunar Area-32”: After discussion with Site Administration and containment experts, the frequency of SCP-8837 breaches are far too high. What better way to prevent this issue than to send the spaceman to the moon? If he is actually on the moon, he can’t breach.

Mobile Task Force Epsilon-11 have been selected to visit Area-32 to assess how suitable it would be to contain SCP-8837. They will be greeted by the Site Director, Cyrus Hourdoon, the Director of Research, Jr. Researcher Dillan Polsun, the Assistant Director of Containment, Jr. Researcher Sylver Tolen and the Ethics Committee Liaison, Devlin Wiston. If E-11 asks, it will be explained that the reason for Jr. Researchers taking the positions as Director of Research and Containment is because the Site Director reassigned all the previous researchers holding those titles, to the point where no one was left except junior researchers. The Site Director will be an odd, irate man who berates his staff, as well as E-11.

E-11 will be allowed to roam the site, as well as the potential containment cell of SCP-8837. After they have finished their discussions with the site staff and their inspection, they will be transported back to Earth and will make their recommendations to Site Admin.

“30 Days”: It’s the end of the month and the D-class population believe they are due to be released. They do not know that their freedom will never come.

GSD will be tasked with removing every D-class from D-block and bringing them to medbay, where they will be amnesticated of the last 30 days. They will then all be brought into the lecture theatre for D-class orientation, hosted by any willing CL4 (ideally either SA or a GSD CPT+).

After their orientation is over, all D-class will be returned to D-block and testing will resume.

Please List an map change event idea (Involving both sides and the entire server):

https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3292074817&searchtext=
This event is designed for up to 10 people in RSD. All RSD CL4 are invited, as well as any other researchers they choose.

All of the researchers will awake at the top of the hospital, with no memory of how they got there. They will not have anything to defend themselves with, and their communications are not functioning.

The lights in the hospital are flickering and the elevators are not working. Something is clearly wrong here, there’s a sense of unease in the air. The researchers must find their way to the bottom of the hospital and find the exit, while evading out of this world looking entities. They will be able to find weapons in the facility, although these will be lighter weapons such as pistols, shotguns and very rarely SMGs. This is to make sure they attempt to avoid combat where possible rather than charging everything head on.

To keep the event interesting, there will be clues spread around the hospital. These can be notes, writing on the walls, computers and even the words of some of the hostile entities.

Sometimes, progress will be blocked by locked doors, debris and other barriers. Researchers will have to come up with creative solutions to continue on their path. For instance, by searching for a key, finding alternative routes or clearing debris in their path.

As the researchers continue, the building will shake periodically to encourage the players to be fast.

For every clue they find, the entities will change in appearance to become more humanoid. This will be subtle at first, but more obvious as time continues.

When the researchers finally find the exit of the hospital, they will see floating islands in the sky, alongside massive chasms going deep into the ground. At this point it will be obvious that they are somewhere far, far away from site. This can easily lead into multiple events where the researchers will eventually find their way back home.

The intention of this event is to make the players intrigued. By leaving so many questions unanswered, the players can come to their own conclusions and further events can be made to answer them.

List an example mission for each of the following (O-1, A-1, Nu-7, E-11, CI, UNGOC & Foundation Staff):

Omega-1: Omega-1 are being deployed to a nearby site in order to detain the Director of Research, who has been found to be abusing anomalies for their own benefit. The Director will use the site's anomalies against Omega-1, and ultimately if Omega-1 make it to the Director, they will take the Site Director hostage. It is up to Omega-1 on how they handle the situation.

During the mission, documents can be found in the research wing of the site which will implicate more site staff if Omega-1 recovers them.

Alpha-1: An MC&D regional manager is visiting the site. This manager has been found to be working alongside CI in secret, providing them weaponry and anomalies to be used against the Foundation. A-1 will be given this information and allowed to decide what to do with it. Whether they decide to assassinate the manager, or capture and interrogate them is up to them.

Nu-7: Foundation supplies have been mysteriously going missing from the site. This consists of mostly ammunition, containment supplies and medical supplies. Nothing has been seen leaving through the main gate, so either the supplies are hidden in site, or they have been leaving through the train station in HCZ.

Nu-7 will be able to get on the train to search it, and then investigate where the supplies may have been hidden. There will be multiple stops along the way to check, consisting of warehouses, FOBs and more.

E-11: An entity has taken over HCZ, making doors lead to alternate locations, and creating new entrances where they did not previously exist. E-11 must navigate the confusing new paths created, forcing them to go from containment cell to containment cell in order to find the entities lair and contain it. Reality anchors will work on the entity, meaning that E-11 are not expected to simply shoot at it.

CI: The Insurgency have been contacted by a logistics agent who has become disillusioned with the Foundation after his colleagues were left behind during a breach to make way for senior staff to escape. However, the logistics agent’s schedule is very busy and his disappearance would be noticed quickly. DCs are tasked with infiltrating the site and helping him escape through any means necessary. Once he has been returned, he will be a great asset to CI.

DCs could impersonate the agent so that Foundation isn't aware of his disappearance, fake his death or go guns blazing. The options are up to them.

UNGOC: Mysteriously, the whole town of Pinewood has suddenly started believing they are a medieval town in Europe, with the Mayor as the lord of the land. They speak in old English and don’t recognise modern technology anymore, considering it “witchcraft”. They refer to the Rangers as knights.

The UNGOC will be able to use kant scanners to find out that the Mayor has high humes. It’ll be discovered that he’s an unwilling reality bender, who is also subject to his abilities.

Foundation Staff: A whispering voice has begun to be heard around the site, trying to tempt people into telling it secrets in exchange for power and material wealth. However, those who accept its deals will find the rewards to have strange and malicious catches to them. For instance, it might give someone a gold bar, but its unnaturally heavy and causes fatigue in anyone who tries to lift it.
