How long have you been a Senior Agent for?
I was promoted to Senior Agent on the 9th of December 2025.
Why are you applying for Special Agent?
I have recently been looking for new interests and careers to pursue within Civil Networks. I enjoy managing diplomacy and relations, as I do within the UNGOC as a Sergeant and Attaché, and thus decided to pursue the Department of External Affairs. After having played as a DEA Agent for a while, I started to notice that I was enjoying it, and began to involve myself more within the department by doing negotiations, operations, and meetings. I believe one of my largest accomplishments as a DEA Agent so far was my diplomatic meeting with CI. As a DEA Agent, I was brought along to a meeting with CI and the UNGOC at the UNGOC FOB by a DEA Manager. Due to some circumstances, I was made to lead the meeting with the assistance of ECM Chris Helman. I believe the RP I put on that day, but also my advancements in diplomatic roleplay, have been the best I have been able to do as DEA so far. I really enjoyed doing that roleplay, and was also promoted to Senior Agent after it. I would like to pursue the career of Special Agent to be able to progress within the department and continue the RP I enjoy, without requiring the assistance or supervision of other CL4 personnel to make it doable. I want to be able to assist the Department and its fellow Special Agents and Managers, and possibly bring some new roleplay possibilities to the department by encouraging agents to engage in more roleplay through operations or diplomatic events with other GOI’s.

What makes you suitable for Special Agent?:
I believe that the experience and accomplishments I have been able to gather as an Agent and Senior Agent, together with my professionalism and skills/enjoyment in Diplomacy, could make me a great Special Agent. I feel that I learnt the required skills during my time as an E-11 CSG and GOC SGT, such as leading a team, writing documents, and creating roleplay. I feel that my knowledge of all the groups/goi’s within the server will also help me during diplomatic meetings or roleplay scenarios with those GOI’s.

How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?:
I have written several documents before, of which some have been lost in the ScipNET purge. I would say my skill in writing documents is sufficient. I have written several research documents as a foundation researcher or GOC R&D.
I believe there are multiple factors that ensure a document is "good".
  • Formatting
The main thing that decides if a document is readable or not, is its formatting. The better it is formatted, the easier it is to read and understand.
  • Creativity
Creativity is also an important factor, you are essentially creating/writing lore in most documents. Having enough creativity will help you make your document and ensures it makes sense in the Site-65 lore.
  • Grammar
A document with proper grammar is always easy to read. Proper punctuation and splitting of paragraphs is a main factor that decides its readability.
  • Effort
This factor ties in with the writers creativity, if the writer has creativity and puts effort into the document, it usually already results in the document to be good enough.
What are the responsibilities of the Special Agent in RP?:
The responsibilities of a Special Agent vary day by day, and mainly depend on the availability of a Manager or Director. Their main responsibility is to be the first step in the DEA Chain of Command; they are there to assist, supervise, and train new DEA Agents and answer any questions they might have. They forward any issues that they aren't able to deal with to managers or a director.

Their other duties consist of:
  • (Assisting with) Managing Relations
Together with the Managers and or Directors, Special Agents are responsible for managing the foundation's relations and agreements with other GOI's. This is important to ensure healthy roleplay and interactions with other GOI's to remain fun. I believe I have participated and witnessed enough of these role plays and or meetings to state that I would be able to sufficiently handle this responsibility.
  • Authorising entry of GOI's on site
As a Special Agent, you are the first person in the Chain of Command who can authorize the entry of local GOI's onsite, such as MC&D or the GOC.
  • Regular CL4 Duties
As a Special Agent, you are a CL4 member of the site. This means you are required to perform any general duties that a CL4 has to perform, such as assisting with the closing and opening of blast doors, enabling Tesla gates, and such.

Please give some lore about your Special Agent character and what storylines they would be involved in
