Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?
I'm applying for Internal Security Inspector because I genuinely love being on the Internal Security job. I love the people and love the actual department. I've made many positive interactions and even some friends through the Internal Security Department, I also want to attempt to assist with the stressful responsibilities that CL4 ISD personnel have to do every single day and the same responsibilities I think I could genuinely be a good candidate to uphold due to my previous experience as an IA Ambassador.

What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
I have put hours on end into this department recently, on site for the likes of 12 hours a day constantly on Internal Security, I genuinely want to be able to assist this department and it's people and give people a better understanding of ISD. I also have previous CL4 experience in IA as an Ambassador as well as being a GOC CPL during what I'd call the diplomatic stage dealing with a few GOC-Foundation diplomatic discussions and agreements has given me experience on the diplomatic discussion side of things.

What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
An ideal inspector should be extremely knowledgeable about the FLC.
They should also be kind, welcoming and helpful to new ISD personnel.
As well as that they should be fair, just and hearing out, taking no sides unless disputes are finished.
Furthermore they should just be a general helping hand to everyone site wide and seen as someone to trust and respect.

How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
During my time in ISD currently I have not written any major documents that have did very much, however I did write a few during my time in IA. Documents of this nature must be above and beyond and be easily recognisable as a professionally written document almost all of the time requiring signatures and always requiring an index, named pages and if possible you should include images and a declassified version if possible to make or requested.

What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
Dealing with insubordinate CL3 ISD Personnel
Scouting for future Inspectors.
Assigning stations, investigations and duties to CL3 ISD.
Grading and Approving Documents.

Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
I would be a good leadership position holder as I'd like to consider myself fair to those considered criminals and I always try to be kind and helping to all ISD personnel. During my time as Investigator I have hosted 5 supervised inductions and every single one of the inductees were given extensive run downs on ISD after the induction. I love going into detail so people actually understand how to properly carry out their job in ISD or just their job site wide. As mentioned I was an IA Ambassador before so I'm not stranger to the idea of being a CL4 in the law department but I'm hoping to come back and do it again but with a more positive approach to let people know ISD aren't just fun spoilers and are genuinely good people.

Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Jordan Archon formerly known as Silencer, Hitman-24, Staff Sergeant Archon. He stands at roughly 6’1, 107 kg, roughly 26 years old.
Jordan Archon has a known past in law enforcement and military forces such as the United States Secret Service, Federal Bureau of Investigations and the United States special forces CoBRA. His time in CoBRA lasted a total of 3 years starting at the young age of 18 and finishing at 21 this is where he picked up many combat skills and received a government approved gun license for side arms, assault rifles and heavy weaponry. After his service in CoBRA he applied for the Secret Service. He served in the Secret Service’s Emergency Response team arm for 2 years, he realised it wasn't for him and signed an interest form for the FBI.
His form was moved to the interview stage when they saw his impressive past and put him in the FBI’s Hostage Rescue Team. He served in the HRT for almost 2 years before he had a run in with what appeared to be an armed prisoner wearing a comedy mask leaking black ink.
The HRT’s were called due to the prisoner being armed and walking right into a hotel and shooting multiple civilians dead before holding a few hostage. The prisoner appeared to show no sign of willingness to negotiate and a gun fight ensued.
Jordan was one of three survivors. Unknown armed men arrived at the scene and caged the mask up before driving off in black SUV’s, these were our own MTF operatives. Jordan was rushed to the ER with bullet wounds and strangely enough, acid burns on his forearm, yet no acid was seen to be used on CCTV footage.
Special Agent Archon spent two months recovering before returning to work until he was approached by a group of men known as the Unusual Incident Unit branch of the FBI. He kept the title of Special Agent and joined the UIU's MOOT and was put onto Operation Snowfall.
Operation Snowfall was an organised assessment raid on what the UIU suspected to be an unnecessary and fabricated military compound which just so happened to be Site-65.
Jordan was the head of the Beta-3 Squadron and led the way into the facility securing the area of Entrance Zone for the following known squadrons: Alpha-5, Charlie-9, Echo-1, Sigma-8.
It was a huge gun fight and many lives were lost. Eventually Archon led a fraction of his team into Heavy Containment Zone. They realised this wasn’t their average military base and instead contained many anomalous beings. They requested an exfiltration but their request was responded to with radio static. They dropped their weapons, pressed their palms on their foreheads and surrendered.
Jordan and █████ ███████ were recruited to the Foundation for their skill and willingness to comply with surrendering terms. █████ ███████ and Jordan Archon were recruited to their own departments Jordan taking up the Internal Security Department and █████ ███████ joining Mobile Task Force Unit Nu-7. Jordan is currently serving as an ISD Investigator and █████ is currently serving as an Nu-7 SGT.
