Why are you applying for Internal Affairs Ambassador
A long time ago (not really just around june maybe august) I wished to become an ambassador of internal affairs. That application was god awful. I had no understanding of anything other than the codex, not the responsibilities of an ambassador nor the abilities an ambassador holds. This has changed and I know more about the multitude of things ambassadors can do and should do. This has inspired me to try another shot at becoming an ambassador again. I think my ego tried making me something higher, but not I realised I just wanted to enforce ethics the best I can through this method or another.
What makes you suitable for Internal Affairs Ambassador?:
My vast time with internal affairs has made me more knowledgable on the 6 codexs. Those being administrative,material,scientific,professional,humanitarian and combative codexs respectively. These make it easier to make an arrest on the spot in the case it needs it... or it can be good to teach somebody about specifics from one of these codex's. This can allow me to teach others that are new to internal affairs about the legal codex easier than some people, and on the topic of teaching others, some may vouch for me others may not. But I have attempted to teach other members of Internal affairs the knowledge I have obtained over long span of time I have been on site for.
How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?:
2 - They are very old, yet they are not bad documents, the issue is they are very old. Here is an example. One of the documents has the charge "1.16" on the document. Tell me that isn't an older document. The reason I have no new documents is quite simple honestly. Its hard to remember every little detail from an incident even from a Misuse 2 case where a researcher has a gun it is still quite difficult to remember every detail leading me to scrap a bunch of documents due to their unfortunate retelling of situations.
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Affairs Ambassador in RP?:
Internal Affairs ambassadors have a laundry list of responsibilities but the ones I can list out are as follows:
Teaching new members of internal affairs how the legal codex works and how an arrest should be handled.
Trying out new members for internal affairs so that they can obtain their licences (unless they get the questions wrong)
Assigning missions and operations to standard operatives/agents of internal affairs to make sure everythign is running smoothly.
Specialise agents/operatives to overlook persons of interest to make sure they are not doing anything that would break the legal codex.
Ensuring all departments are upholding the legal codex.
Please give some lore about your Internal Affairs Ambassador character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Early Years
Joseph Sussman was born in Canada, British Columbia, Victoria on November 20th, 1988. He was an ordinary kid experiencing nothing abnormal when he was growing up. During his time within secondary education he became well versed with law and wished to become an officer, or if not an officer an attorney of some kind. When he graduated secondary education he specifically went towards his passion of being a police, during his time in the academy however he gained a fond passion of scuba diving, truly nothing wrong will happen to him, he would even have kid in the time. Right? Well this was shortlived when an incident would occur to Joseph and would bring him closer to something he was not meant to interact with.
Introduction Into the Dark
During his time as a police officer he would have some close calls with death, but nothing that was going to effect him in the long run, he was an expert shooter within his force so this wasn't anything that bothered him. To touch off topic he would even bring his kid on scuba trips when he got his kid certified in scuba diving at the age of 10. This choice he made would make his choices in the future get him in contact with the foundation, but so on his career would continue on like nothing happened. This would proceed to change on 18/07/████ until he went scuba diving near a reef that was off the Vancouver Island that was being overseen by the foundation. The anomaly that the canadian officer encountered was.
Welcome to the Foundation
Joseph Sussman would be left alone for a bit of time, approximately 1 year from the incident. Joseph would later get into an incident with an armed suspect, they proceeded to hit joseph sussman 3 times. He was put into critical condition, and was stablised, when he was guaranteed to live he was met by some men that he suspected were higher ups that here to wish him luck on his recovery, or worse he was going to be discharged for his injuries. This was no normal visit however, the men gave him a large bundle of documentation, a detailed report of 18/07/████. Joseph was confused as he was unaware of the anomalous world, this would change when the operatives of Mobile Task Force Iota-10 and a recruiter for the foundation. They offered him a posistion with general security department for Site-65. He accepted his posistion and would join the foundation, his family was later told that he had been given a new job within the police department and would proceed to disappear alot more within his home life. This moment would change his life from this point on.
Time in the Foundation
Joseph Sussman would quickly rise the ranks within general security. He would even proceed to go tryout for Mobile Task Force Epsilon-11 and pass with 0 strikes. He would spend a great amount of time within E-11 Obtaining the rank of Command Sergeant. He was the lead of Archangels and would later be a key factor in the dissolution of Archangels due to their abilities being unsatisfactory in eyes, and the demand of site administration for the combining or complete removal of unecessary squadrons. His removal of Archangels allowed for the introduction of new squadrons into Epsilon-11. Such as Valkyries, and Spartans. These new introductions to Epsilon-11 would keep the regiment stable for time to come and allow the Commissioned officers of Epsilon-11 some breathing space.
After his time within Epsilon-11 Joseph would resign as a Command Sergeant and temporarily join the internal affairs agency.
Joseph after a short time in Internal Affairs would proceed to join Nu-7. His time within Nu-7 was also quite short. Joseph would later resign from Nu-7 rejoining the Internal Affairs agency where he currently now resides as a standard operative.

Something was disrupting his radio that his father had given him, the kid thought he broke it and ignored it until his father came back up when he was done. His father was going solo runs to see if his son could handle it without him being present as he had been multiple times before, he dived first to show his son to be brave in some manner. his father noticed the chamber and avoided it due to the vent being open and thought nothing of it. While during this time his son was just ignoring the static followed by what we can only assume was muddled voices, we are still unaware of what happened on the boat but can make some guesses.
Only an hour later after the initial actions take within the incident, joseph would send his son down with the radio set to their frequency. When his son enter the same proximity as his father, when he hit this point his father proceeded to gain a similar radio disruption, he noticied and took action immeditately. He was checking if his son was still connected to the radio frequency, he heard a voice similar to his son but couldn't make it out due to the disruption. He proceeded to scream for his son to come back up as he was unaware of what was down there and what the risks of his son going where he was were. He heard a voice, and then silence. He felt relieved but still stressed. While in deep thought the radio disruption dispersed, he proceeded to ask his son how he was doing, he got a response "Fine whats wrong?" He proceeded to tell his son that a dangerous radio disruption had occured and ended that little trip right there and then. When his son got aboard the boat he went back to the docks.
This Incident was observed by multiple researchers when this happened. The whole incident was also documented and archived for later use in research settings. Joseph was unaware of the entity that he had witnessed but was off put by the effects of SCP-2074. It is unknown as to why he thought this was such a big deal and more research into Joseph is needed.
Further documentation shows that Joseph holds and has no anomalous capabilities. This incident was just a father being protective over his son, nothing that required over analysation. Any further projects needed studying Joseph is required to be requested through the ethics committee and research department of Site-65.

Commissioned Officer of Epsilon-11 Joseph Sussman
Joseph Sussman, would be first introduced into his commissioned officer posistion, 3 days after his promotion. He was having some minor complications and could not attend his own promotion. This would be only a minor hiccup for things to come his way. One of the first challenges he and other comissioned officers would later face would be the large amounts of issuses epsilon-11 was facing around the time of his promotion as well as the promotion of Moon Tzu, and Sean who would later become LTCOM of Epsilon-11. The issues the new commissioned officers faced were plentiful: 2 squadrons that were just straight up pointless and a multitude of other issues that arose with this were the lacking numbers of Epsilon-11. These problems would lead to a meeting called "Operation Sparta" this was to entice Epsilon-11 to up their game and improve all aspects of the regiment as a whole. When this was said and done all Commissioned officers new or old were warned to fix their mistakes. Later on during this time period of instability in Epsilon-11 Commander Luka would be dismissed by site administration causing more issues for the struggling commissioned officers. However with the introduction of Commander Alex and the ideas the new officers brought the regiment would start to reconcile.
Joseph Sussman would bring in something other commissioned officers were not working directly with. The introduction of a new squadron named "The Valkyries" this name was made by at that time Captain Ryo Kiritani who had a small hand in the creation and new jobs of Valkyries. This squadron along with the dissolution of Archangels and labrats would create the Valkyries which was kept hidden from every member that was not a commissioned officer. This introduction along with strict regulations that Commander Alex would help the regiment back up. Not to mention the merging of Jackals and Frontrunners creating a new squadron named "The Spartans" by LT Moon and LT Sean would help culminate in a new era for E-11. One that was stable and would allow for the strikes obtained from site administration to be removed from the Commissioned officer team. This showed that Epsilon-11 was still strong. After this time however Joseph have no real big role. Mostly staying around teaching new members of Epsilon-11 how it worked.
