Why are you applying for the Director of Medicine?:
I am applying for the Director of Medicine position because it is the natural evolution of my career within this department. My career history started off in the medical department, as I have been a Consultant in my first CL4 role. Although it was my first time taking up a leadership role, I can say that I have managed well with the help of my background and various experiences. I am confident that this position will enable me to implement substantial changes that we require for our departmental protocols, facilitate the communication between the different departments, and turn well-being into a priority by raising the standards of medical care throughout the Foundation.
What makes you suitable for Director of Medicine?:
My suitability for the Director of Medicine position is nicely demonstrated by my friendly and composed attitude towards all patients, regardless of past & experience, the ability to maintain calm and precise during surgeries and lastly the amount of liters medicine I've created for the department! My experience as a Consultant has provided me with a nice amount of experience in a variety of fields. As an addition, I can proudly add that I've assisted in saving two Overseers' lives.
What are the responsibilities of the Director of Medicine in RP?:
The Director of Medicine's responsibilities include having complete oversight over the department's projects and operations, overseeing other medical staff deeming them either fit or unfit for promotions as well as implementing new protocols, changes or improvements. The role primarily involves managing all medical staff, addressing any personal issues & resolving problems that medical staff brings to their attention. Considering the Director is the highest position in the Dpt. of Medicine, they actively maintains good relationships with other departments which can include regular check-ups on departments to inter-departmental meetings.

BLACKWELL: You know, I was just thinking... I haven't seen Zoey Myers in a while. Department Director Myers.
LIAISON: (Looks up from their tablet) Ah... Director Myers. I believe I last saw her during that site-wide containment drill a few weeks back.

Norah Blackwell
A Woman of Kindness, A Soul so Calm, A Mind so Collected.
Norah Blackwell is a Pharmaceutical Specialist and Consultant and an amazingly skilled doctor among the team on Site-65. With a reputation for calmly handling patients to efficiently helping the department, she works her days relatively normal with a smile on her face and a good cup of coffee.
Few people are yet to get a good grasp of her past, things she'd experienced in her childhood. She often navigates the Dpt. of Medicine to help all kinds of people she couldn't help in her hometown. Where the most powerful are often the most silent, she is a gentle voice, offering guidance to those who need it.
'Humans are strange things. I wish to understand them better.'
