Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?
I'm applying for executive, because of how interesting SCP research seems to me, I've always been interested in SCPs from when I was young, always watching videos on creepy, weird, and exciting videos, so being able to perform experiments on SCPs is a dream come true for young me, but unfortunately things like clearance level and approval have been like a wall for me, denying me from performing the exciting and interesting tests I've wanted to do, that is one of the reasons I'm applying for executive, the other reason is that I take pride and enjoy helping others, I've helped a lot of Jrs and Researchers over my time as a senior, but unfortunately, a lot of them also needed approval for their tests, if I can help people like I've been helped in conducting creative and interesting tests, that'd be awesome.
What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
I've already helped Jrs and Researchers with their tests, and I've had a considerable sum of creative tests and interesting ideas, Assistants, SA, and Site inspectors have asked me if I am aiming for executive after I've had them look over my documents, and they told me I'd have a good chance of becoming an executive, and that I show some of the traits of an executive. Another thing to note is that I've unlocked and leveled up and got every role that isn't an MTF or whitelisted, so I have general knowledge of the server, which will help me in being a good executive.
How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
'SCP-079 Checkup and Programming Skill Test'(Excellent)
'Project A.C.S. - SCP-330'(Excellent)
'Project A.C.S. - SCP-173'(Excellent)
'C.T.P. Controlled Teleportation Test'(Excellent)
'Long Distance C.T.P.'(Excellent)
Executive Varlo told me something alongside reviewing my document once, he told me that effort is needed to make a good document, I wholeheartedly agree with him, but effort alone is a bit ambiguous in terms of what makes a document excellent. The effort shown in documents is more than one thing, it is shown in how descriptive a document is, writing documents without a clear goal or writing in mind, is a recipe for an average document. Showing effort can also apply to the writing skill in the document, little effort in a document will only result in a half-assed document riddled with grammatical, spelling, and punctuation errors, effort also shows in the idea in the first place, having a creative and helpful test idea is a sign of the great effort that was put into a document.

Notes related to documents, and future tests. This was not a question, so I didn't add any extra questions
By the time I submitted this application, I've written a document that is about a modified Scranton Reality Anchor, that I've named C.A.R.A. short for Coney Altered Reality Anchor, this is related to the C.T.P. short for 'Controlled Teleportation' using quantum matter, hopefully after I figure all the GM stuff out, I can conduct the test.
What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:

Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:
From a young age, Keen Coney has always been interested in weird and strange creatures. Animals like the platypus, always seemed so odd and weird to Keen, they are duck-billed, beaver-tailed, sweat milk, and even had venom, however their weirdness didn’t make Keen dislike them, he thought that they were weird, but being weird is what also made them so interesting to Keen. At age 18, Keen, like any other teenager his age, went to university, specifically ██████ University, which had an excellent Biology program, and its related branches.
Although he didn't know much about the anomalous world, his enthusiasm, and brilliance caught the attention of the Foundation. Which eventually led him to being scouted, and eventually becoming a researcher working for SCP Foundation.
Keen originally came from Site-58, but due to a sudden employee exchange program within the foundation, he transferred to Site-65, and exchanged places with an already-placed researcher in Site-65, "Glacier Boni". Glacier entrusted Keen to continue his work on the C.T.P. short for 'Controlled Teleportation' project, and future testing.
