Original Steam login name (your accounts first ever name):
the_crimson_gamer

For how long have you played on CG SCP-RP:
been playing since around early april, around 300 hours total which is 12 and a half days

Age:
20

In what country are you located?:
England

Time zone:
GMT/BST

Foundation Name (include your regiment and rank if applicable):
Luka ‘Banshee’ Aveyard E-11 LT

Chaos name (include your rank):
n/a

Civilian name:
n/a

Steam ID:
STEAM_0:0:119823647

Do you have a mic?:
Yes

What server are you applying for?:
UK

Is this the first application you made? If no, link all previous applications:
First app

~~~
Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
Nope
~~~

Do you have any previous experience as a Gamemaster/Event Manager in a community?:
No

~~~
Do you have any previous experience with serious roleplay?:
Ab a years worth of experience in scprp specifically, generally speaking I've dipped in and out of other rp communities throughout the years and I’ve both dm’d and taken part in a few DND campaigns which were very rp heavy.
How many hours can you be on everyday?:
I can be on for at least 2 hours everyday, if I don't have plans this can go up to 7 hours.
~~~

Why do you want to become a Gamemaster on our server?:
I enjoy taking part in events and rp situations, they’re the perfect way to keep the community engaged and prevent a mundane routine setting in for the different factions. As such, I’d love to join the team and help out in events as well as create events of my own.

~~~
What do you think you would be able to help us with on the server? Why are you special over the other applicants?:
I could certainly help with ensuring all the groups on the server get their fair share of unique rp situations and events as I often see certain groups getting left out of events, only really standing around for a bit before being told to leave. I’m also knowledgeable enough of SCP lore to create events and such based on what’s already canon but I have a few anomalies and GOI’s of my own that I’ve created which would create new experiences free from any metagaming people do when presented with well known GOI’s and SCP’s. I believe I possess the creativity and adaptability to be able to make unique scenarios for the playerbase, and when things don’t go to plan I am able to respond efficiently to ensure all goes smoothly.
Please List 3 small event ideas (Which would involve at least one side of the server):
The birth of a 939. A small child has appeared in Pinewood. No matter who apprehends the child they’ll find out soon enough that this is no ordinary kid; at first they’ll complain they feel unwell, then they’ll complain that their skin is itchy, then they’ll complain their insides are coming out. At that point their skin will begin deteriorating rapidly, their body contorting until they emerge as an (albeit smaller) 939 instance.
Depending on who has the child and how well they treat them, they may be able to manipulate the 939 into doing their bidding. If the 939 doesn't get terminated it would lead to a secondary phase whether that be a research project if Foundation captures the 939 or a possible raid on the CI base if Foundation is notified that CI has it.
Pete’s Paranormal Peddle Pop-up. In the centre of Pinewood a new stall has appeared, boxes and boxes of seemingly junk piles around the counter. A man sits behind polishing an old cider bottle, but this isn't any normal bottle, no no no: this bottle has a fantastical ability, something out of this world and never seen before. You see, this bottle breaks the bounds of what we see as normal - this bottle makes it so whenever a dog barks within a 10m radius of the bottle, the bottle fills up with apple cider! And as the peddler will jovially proclaim this limited, one of a kind item is up for sale at the low low price of $5! But don’t worry if you don’t bag this one, there’s plenty more at Pete’s Paranormal Peddle Pop-up!
Essentially a bunch of useless anomalies up for sale with a couple genuinely good ones hidden away that aren't for sale but could be bargained for (or stolen).
The Crooked Man. When the lights started flickering around the site it was chalked up to faulty wiring, when the doors started malfunctioning they said it was simply power issues, when a draft was felt throughout the corridors they reminded people to keep the doors closed at all times; but when people started claiming to see a shadowy figure lurking in the hallways, it was a slight cause for concern. Can the foundation figure out why this entity is roaming the halls terrorising the personnel or will they need the help of a certain task force Mu-13?
When the lights are on the figure cannot interact with people or be seen in the light, therefore it’s main goal is to turn the lights off. When the lights are off the figure is able to move freely including through walls. The figure will mainly appear behind people who are in rooms alone and whisper ominous phrases in their ear, the figure will also stalk the halls but will always disappear within 6 seconds of being spotted.
Please List a Map change event idea (Involving both sides and the entire server):
Map Link
Basic Premise: When door to door salesmen come knocking around Pinewood it’s quite a surprise considering how isolated the town is, what’s an even bigger surprise is when the people of Pinewood start going…rabid, attacking each other indiscriminately, their bodies deteriorating until they collapse into a heap of flesh. When the same starts happening within the foundation and the CI base it’s up to them to find the source of this epidemic.
Three salesmen will be selling and giving out free boxes of ‘Popfizz soda’, one around to the citizens of Pinewood, one to the Foundation and one to the CI. Once consumed the soda has a chance of turning the person rabid (will be given fists swep and told to go wild essentially). Ideally CI and Foundation will kidnap their respective salesmen and interrogate them for info, the salesmen will easily cave under pressure and reveal their secrets - they’ll speak of a cult that is manufacturing this soda in order to put people under the influence of their God, they’ll speak reverently of their God talking about how when they have enough followers they’ll take over the world, and this day will come soon. They’ll speak about how their God has given them powers like the ability to instantaneously transport themselves back to their God, simply needing to smear their own blood across their hands and push on a wall to create a portal, if threatened with death at any point they'll activate this ability to escape. Non-devotees entering the portal creates an instability which causes the portal to periodically open every 5-10 minutes where people will have the opportunity to enter the portal again.
Whoever goes through the portal will appear outside of a small church. Within the church at key points will be zombies, essentially a clear out operation with added danger of running into other factions if everyone managed to get their salesmen to open up a portal. The groups of zombies will grow more and more deadly the more people progress through to the depths of the area. At the very bottom in a large factory room will be the ‘God’, a large mass with a decent chunk of health that spawns zombies from it. A priest will be found at the very end of the map just up the control room, along the walkway and into a small room from the boss fight. He’ll give some last bits of lore, answer some questions then kill himself, if he hasn't been terminated already. Remaining people can look around, there’ll be various documents and notes scattered around with lore tidbits. When leaving through the portals, people have the chance to appear out of any portal that was created: inside CI base, inside foundation or in Pinewood.
List an example mission for each of the following:
O-1: reports of a particular scientist who has been performing certain unethical actions have begun circulating around the facility. Rumours range from them; sacrificing class D to 939 instances to ‘keep the puppies happy’, lobotomising class D then handing them to various SCP’s to ‘see what would happen’, and even utilising foundation staff in certain tests. The rumours don't just stop at unethical testing either, whispers of this scientist persuading 079 to give them sensitive information and access to security feeds, using SCP samples for ‘personal use’, and other security threats circulate the gossip-sphere. O1 has been tasked with finding the truth in these rumours, if there's any truth in them then O1 must find and bring the scientist to the Ethics council, then deal with any hazards the scientist may leave behind.
1st part investigative work, asking around to see if anyone’s heard or seen of a researcher doing shady things
2nd part catching the researcher, finding out exactly what they’ve done, interrogating info out of them to find where anything they’ve collected/made is located
3rd part (can be triggered earlier if discovered earlier) going to the cross test room and discovering a passive biological abomination, will be sensitive notes and samples on this project in the cross test observatory office.
A-1: It’s just another day in the office for A-1, performing their regular duties with no problems - that is, until one of the Overseers starts handing out the most peculiar orders. This could be chalked up to them simply having a rough day, but when the rough days lead to the Overseer taking class D out just to do their paperwork for them - it becomes a cause for concern. It’s up to A-1 to find out what on Earth is wrong with the Overseer, whether it is just a bad day or if there’s some external force influencing their actions - either way, A1 better act fast before a catastrophic decision is made.
Essentially going to be a phone call anomaly, every so often the Overseer’s phone will ring and give him a weird order, to resolve the situation A1 has to clock that something is up, locate the Overseer giving out whack orders and figure out it’s the phone and simply destroy it.
Nu-7: After hearing reports of at least 20 civilians going missing or turning up dead, it’s up to Nu-7 to investigate what’s going on and deal with the threat. Preliminary investigation from the intel department notes of several art installations that have appeared seemingly out of nowhere, all with the same question etched into their surfaces.
A self proclaimed AWCY member has decided to enlighten pinewood in the arts, the arts being a bunch of sentient statues that kill anyone who they deem a philistine. Nu-7 must either destroy the statues and kill their creator or attempt to convince the member to stop it’s deadly tirade.
E-11: Due to the unfortunate incident at Bio Site-59, a few SCP’s housed there have been taken to various different sites for temporary containment. E11 are tasked with receiving SCP-5031 and escorting it to it’s containment chamber. However due to it’s traumatic experience of being trapped inside a box for it’s first 10 years in containment - the SCP is not exactly happy with being transported in that same environment, and quickly escapes at the first given opportunity.
E11 will be briefed on the SCP beforehand to aid in their efforts, 5031 will escape during transit so E11 will have to search the surface for it with what they know - if they paid attention during their briefing it’ll be easy. E11 will then have to escort it to site and try and keep it preoccupied for it’s short stay onsite.
CI: When plants, chairs, tables and other various items begin appearing within the CI base it’s first thought that some simple redecorating is going on - that is until a particular plant starts to talk. It attempts to engage in small talk at first, then it starts going on about a group by the name of the Oneiroi collective.
CI will have to probe the plant for more information, eventually finding out that it’s a manifestation of a consciousness - which can manifest again, anywhere, as anything. What they choose to do with this is up to them, as long as they can convince the fauna to cooperate.
Essentially CI could try and convince the fauna to manifest within the foundation to spy and gather info that could be relayed back to them, or they could convince the fauna to manifest as a physical object to help them, like weaponry.
Foundation Staff: Site Inspection! A sponsor who funds a large portion of the Foundations efforts is coming to Site-65. Better make sure all departments and every nook and cranny within the site is functioning at above optimal levels! The inspector will spend a while at site observing all the units and departments, interviewing various members to see what they think about the site - positives *and* negatives.
Honestly you've actually amazed me, I know all we do in E11 ts3 is just fucking around, which may seem immature from some people's perspective and that's what I thought too . But you've actually put a lot of effort into this and you've got my respect
BEST OF LUCK!!!
