What Ethics Committee role are you applying for, and why
I am applying for the role of Ethics Committee Member for the following reasons; I feel like from the experience I have gained from being an ECA I am ready for a role like this. I enjoy roleplaying, and I like to try and make the RP experience for others the best I possibly can, making people enjoy their time as much as possible.
What makes you the best candidate for the Ethics Committee?
As I said in my application for Ethics Committee Assistant, I won't say I am the best candidate however I feel like I would be suited for the position, I have a lot of reasons for this;
I am currently in the Omega-1 regiment as well as being an Ethics Assistant.
I will always try my best to conduct myself extremely well during RP, and try to improve the RP or start scenarios when there is nothing to do.
I am knowledgeable of both the Code of Ethics (CoE) And Code of Conduct (CoC)
I also feel like I am a good candidate because of my Communication Skills.
What are the responsibilities of the Ethics Committee in RP?
The responsibilities of the Ethics Committee in RP are as follows;
Making sure Ethics Assistants have tasks to do
Constantly suggesting changes to the Code Of Ethics
Making sure the foundation stays ethical at all times utilising Internal Affairs / Omega-1 to do this.
Approving / Denying Keter - Keter Cross Tests / 008 Tests
As a last resort, Ethics Members (And O5) Can call a code black and Detonate the Alpha Warhead, containing all SCP's
What are the responsibilities of the Ethics Committee out of RP (e.g. what applications do they handle?)
The responsibilities of the Ethics Committee out of RP are as follows;
Giving verdicts on applications such as;
Ethics Assistant Applications
Director Of Medicine Applications
Director Of Internal Affairs Applications (Jointly Decided by O5 and Ethics)
Making sure conflicts between regiments / departments are kept to a minimum.
They are also responsible for making sure things like the Site Structure Sheet are updated at all times

A year passed since 'Macca' was accepted for the position of Ethics Committee Assistant (ECA) a lot of things had changed since he was introduced into the position. Macca didn't notice, but the Ethics Committee were watching him with the more things he did, Suggesting CoE changes, and reporting loopholes. All these things combined gave 'Macca' a good reputation within the Ethics Committee.
A Meeting was put into Macca's schedule randomly without being told about it but when he walked in, he saw the whole ethics committe there, waiting to talk to him.
A few weeks later a file appeared in Macca's filing cabinet, it said he was accepted for the position and to wait for further instructions.
