Due to the nature of me being a Commissioner And a member of isd I have had a couple of Wands for things I do not believe we're just But I can provide screenshots if required
Why are you applying for Director of Internal Security?
I'm applying because I feel there is changed needed and I wish to be the leader of that change I'm sure one day I will not be required to be a member of the Internal Security Department but at the minute I feel I'm neededI wish to continue to serve the foundation in the capacity of being a commissioner or director I do not mind During the performance review I prefer for every eventuality apart from lists as some of you may be aware I did kind of crash out before and during The performance review That's because I already knew my fate was sealed with talking out against my directors but I was wrong as I can imagine all of you are aware
I do apologize if some of you hate me but I'm not sorry for the way I have conducted myself in some areas I know I have improvement to make as I have always done throughout my career here at the internal Security Department But now I'm at the point in my career where I do wish to proceed and become a director I'm becoming this because I feel I have the ability to delegate tasks that are required and make sure the day to day activities of this department are done I may be answering questions that are further down this paragraph but please refer to everything I put in my application for direct of internal security
What makes you suitable for Director of Internal Security?:
I know how to delegate and communicate to my superiors and Make sure the day-to-day running of internal security is substantial and in place I also have got a new job coming up which makes me more available during times where more of the IST personnel are requiring directors in any way shape or form. I would also like to see commissioners and inspectors follow the chain of command and get then more in place to sort out and make sure everything
is full of the trainer command properly and formally. I just want to make sure the entire security department is running properly and formally.
We have always had problems with policies etc not being changed I can remember the disguise diagram Which has been A problem since I've been an agent within this department I've now finally got round to change and policies and guidelines which means I have fixed this problem which should have been done before I was even a commissioner or an Investigator.
if I become a director I'm hoping to have the policing guidelines written up and posted out alongside my promotion To director so I can Bring in a new age for the isd department if I'm not promoted that is fine I will still get it signed off etc before someone becomes director and bring the policies and guidelines into place alongside their promotion
I'm not about Power which I think makes me a good fit for director yes I have always wanted to become a director of this department but when I had the opportunity When one of our directors was banned for Unforeseen circumstances and was demoted for a short amount of time I was one of the very few people who tried to fight to gain evidence from our side of the story to get him back as a director Because even though I wish to become a director I felt the demotion was unjust And I would rather see the department run smoothly then try and gain power

What are the responsibilities of the Director of Internal Security in RP?:
I would like to say due to the inactivity of our directors I have not actually seen what they do on a day-to-day basis when it comes to roleplay events But I will try my best to Understand what they do
Please give some lore about your Director of Internal Security character and what storylines they would be involved in:
As previously stated within my application for inspector which I did redo due to it being lacking in some areas my character has always been harsh and wants to follow the FLC to the letter and make sure the department is running smoothly. As such that came to a headpoint during a performance review of the department where I spoke openly about problems within management style etc of the entire Security Department but in role play. That is how my character is meant to be so I had to speak out against him for what I felt was failings on their behalf and the failings of other people within the department Including myself in some areas.
As some people have stated I am the polar opposite to Pixie so I'm the person who wishes to see results as quickly as possible with the least amount of violence possible. Sometimes this does require gun diplomacy and other times this requires a more steady hand hence the reason when it comes to diplomatic matters I defer it to people who have a more soft touch and spoken voice.
I want to see the Department succeed which is why before anything was happening I decided to redo policies myself. My character would Usher in a new age for the Department of internal security allowing us to have a lot more written down power instead of it all being word of mouth the new policy and guidelines may look A bit larger than the old one but this is due to the fact that I believe it has not been updated and so long that it's completely useless

- Maintain policies are up to date and is not conflict of anyone else's departmental policies in the other departments
- talk with the other directors about department grievous Against the isd department and make plans and agreements To prevent Further incidents like with GSD policy with isd to only have three ist members in D Block at one time
- Deal with the Closure of operations within the internal Security Department and making sure there is a favor without come for any rule breaking or FLC violations
- Create meetings within the cl4 higher ranks to discuss policy changes and recent events as to make a plan for the future of this department also to create meetings and access points for the CL3 members to Discuss things directly with you which they do not wish to discuss with others
