You've come really far from where you were before - you've gone from being a major minge and annoyance (sorry for the harsh words but it was true <3) to being actually someone who really wants to see the department do well and actively try to include everyone in roleplay and assist where needed... I don't see why you shouldnt be given a shot in the position!
