Why are you applying for the Director of Medicine?​

- I am applying for Director of Medicine because in my time on the server the Medical Department has been great to me and I want to improve it with the increased responsibilities and abilities of a Director of Medicine. I've spent most of my time on the server as a Consultant and I think Director of Medicine would be the the correct next step for me on the server.

What makes you suitable for Director of Medicine?:​

- Although most other consultants have seniority over me I think I have shown myself to not only be very active on the server but also be able to properly handle and make roleplay situations, through the numerous projects and programs I have made and helped work on, to doing evaluations or surgeries on people helping them develop their character whether that be a disorder, an addiction, accidently brain damaging an omega-1, or just using the opportunity of an eval to flesh out their character. I think and hope to have made a good impression on everyone have interacted with and improved their experience on the server as a Consultant and I'm confident in my ability to handle myself as a Director of Medicine.

What are the responsibilities of the Director of Medicine in RP?:​

The main responsibility of a Director of Medicine is overseeing all of medical by:

- Appointing Consultants and through them, Combat Medics, and Sr. Doctors keeping things running smoothly in the Medical Department through tasks regarding general duties or written projects or programs.

- With consultants ensuring documentation is up to standard and up to date.

- Being the final say on medical operations and best person to come to especially regarding CL4 personnel unless overruled by Site Command.

- And of course the general Sr. CL4 duties

Please give some lore about your Director of Medicine character and what storylines they would be involved in:​

- My personnel file was mostly written purely for fun so please excuse some odd formatting.

That's a very unhealthy VTime. Do you think it's possible you'll suffer from similar pitfalls as your would-be counterpart? I.E., an overinvestment in the server that cripples players' desire to engage with the Medical department?

I mean a lot of it shows as active but a lot is still afk, it was summer holidays so i got to play a lot so my activity will drop and I play other things like GOC, ECA and E11

I'm giving this a - support simply because I feel this could turn into an unhealthy addiction, I know you say that a lot of your time is afk but as far as I can see around 4% of your time on the server is spent afk, goodness knows I spent a similar time on the server as you did when I was around 15-17 and I promise you getting a senior position will only cause you to further go down the rabbit hole. I don't say this out of any dislike or me wanting you to not get the role I genuinely couldn't care less I just wouldn't want to see another person ending up becoming seriously addicted to the server as other people have become in recent years/months. Please find a balance between life and the server and then begin to start applying again.

Along with my previous comments I too have similar concerns to Remmy which I know you have given reasons for but I honestly just still can't really get behind if i 100% honest. That may just be me though and I wouldn't take it away from your original application which seems to be fine as far as DoM apps go at least effort wise although you could have found at least a few images or formats from the SCP Wiki to make your lore title page and background better rather than whatever you have right now which if I'm honest just doesn't cut it.
