Character name(s): Miguel 'Bird' Sanchez
Civilian name: Abbass
-What server are you applying for? (SCP-RP UK or SCP-RP USA):
UK
-Do you have a mic?:
Yes
-List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held:
E11 commander, ISD investigator US and UK DELCOM
-Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
I have 14 total warnings, most expired here's a link to the Warnings.
-Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?
I feel like ISD, in my personal option, is in need of more helpful hands, and more help is always better, I want to further see ISD bloom into a flower that grows but doesn't wither away like it usually does, I want to help by reaching inspector, this position allows me to help a lot of people, those whose time zones are also very different (aka early time zones or those who don't live in Britain) to have a guiding hand around to help them. I also want to train the new ISD agents and recruits inspector would allow me to do that without being supervised, plus I would be able to revise the very outdated VHS tape ( no offense it needs updating badly). I would also be able to guide new operatives into investigators and foster growth which in itself is my goal in ISD. The only reasons why im applying is to help isd as much as possible.
-What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
I have decent work field experience both within and outside of ISD. I understand how it feels to be on the receiving end of ISD, which is why I treat arrests as a last resort and I listen to both side of the story when anyone is getting arrested in ISD wing because I've seen a few times that a few ISD agents either don't have body camara evidence or have mistakenly grabbed the wrong guy (yes this has actually happened). I regularly issue appropriate punishments or warnings/fines instead of arrests however arrests do have to be handed out on on the regular basis because some peoples refusal to learn (which is sad to see). I also have SNR cl4 experience I know how it feels to be in a high position and how to handle myself accordingly and in a professional manner. I am a good teacher, I love to educate/ help people in my free time if they need help with anything which is one my my good qualities.
-What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
A good inspector in my eyes should have a few things
1. He should be available when needed, there's no point of a good inspector if he's not available when needed
2.He should lead in example, leading the agents operatives investigators, showing them which arrests to them, and such,
3 Maintaining a good public figure, They should maintain a good reputation with other people and departments and be a role model example of a ISD.
last but not least an ideal Internal Security Inspector balances authority with fairness, leads by example, communicates clearly, and enforces regulations consistently while maintaining professionalism.
-How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
I have one document which was project U.N.I.T which was a internship program done by floor three (to be specific a person could be a intern at any dpt i chose to be a research intern for a day or 2) , the document was then submitted to the correct channels and submitted accordingly.
A front page and index, signatures, data, and info about person or dpt info and other such things are required in a quality roleplay document.
-What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?
The job is to make sure that they maintain the integrity of ISD and maintain a good public image, teaching and guiding people as well, they should also be assigning people checkpoints during specific codes such CPC duty during a code 5 or code 1, guarding outside and inner d block during a code 2. and in general as a inspector in rp you are mainly from what I've seen are expected to handle issues that can't be handled by a investigator such as example lets say a assistant commits a serve crime, it usually becomes a cl4 issue thus a inspector is expected to handle it in rp. while that is also said you need to also make sure no one in isd is also breaking the legal codex while maintaining it, if so you need to handle it swift action. General other duties for cl4s also include opening and closing of BD's and Tesla's when requested, and helping around site as much as possible.
-Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
I think I would make a great leader in Internal Security as I combine my authority with fairness and professionalism. My experience, both inside and outside of ISD, has allowed me to gain different viewpoints and to deal with situations in a calm and objective manner. I emphasize communication, and calming down the situation, at the same time being able to make a strong decision if required. And due to my time zone ill be able to effectively help all those who who play early pop and i can provide guidance and help to all those who may need it.
Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:
