I have 19 all from last year or longer. i got them because I only wanted to minged back in the day but i have changed and i have now not broken a rule.

Why are you applying for Director of External Affairs?​

There are many reasons why I want to become a DODEA. They may not be the best reasons but in my opinion they are even though they might be small or big.
One of the reasons definitely is for the RP. I want to do more RP than i can at the moment and I believe I can do a lot more RP that is also way bigger that i can as a manger.I also want to do more activities within the department and with other departments that are bigger like joint work with ISD to do know how they work and we work. I also want to become the DODEA because I love working with other and helping as mutch as i can and more and I really want to help MacDuffy as mutch as i can as he has really helped me when i needed it and is very nice to me so i would love to work more with him as a DODEA.
I believe if I get DODEA I can help as many people as I can and do as many new activities and new stuff for the department like new RP and other activities to make it more fun and to help Mac in any way he needs.​

What makes you suitable for Director of External Affairs?:​

i am good for DODEA for many reasons

1. RP
​

-I am good at RP and doing it and how to lead it. I have done many things for DEA and other departments like i have done a big CT for sop, E-11 and GOC. I have done and am still doing an exchange program which has gone very well for now GOC likes it and RSD likes it as both sides get new knowledge.

2. Leading
​

-I can make good decisions for the department to make sure other relations are good and our work and duties are being done. I also make sure that our people don't try any thing stupid like kidnap some one who there not supposed to or break agreements

3.Helpfulness
​

-I really like to help others as much as i can and any way possible so i can help any one i can in any way i can. To make sure they get the help they need when they need it and they aren't under too much pressure.

4. My experience
​

-I have been on the server and on DEA for a long time so I know how to handle situations as efficiently as I can and the best way I can. I also make sure everyone gets a chance and try to do something like a negotiation as I have seen many agents be scared to do it because they don't know how to do it but i want to teach them.

What are the responsibilities of the Director of External Affairs in RP?:​

there are many reasons that i will be the following

1. Leading DEA​

-DODEA needs to lead the department as well as he can and he needs to make sure everyone is having fun and no one is making the DEA experience bad so more people will want to join it.
-He cant let people belittle DEA he needs to stand proud for DEA never giving up on it and Leading it into success and not some weaker NU7 which it is not.

2. Picking management.
​

-They make sure people who do good and are praised a lot get the position they need so they can help lead DEA into success. He also needs to make sure people who don't behave in their position get demoted if they aren't making DEA fun and aren't doing their job.

3.RP and Trainings
​

-They need to make sure people are doing RP and not only combat this does not mean DEA don't to do combat but DEA to do combat but not as much as NU7 as DEA is more RP biased and NU7 combat and also that that RP is good and not some mess that will turn out bad for the future and has a positive effect on DEA.

-People need to do training but more the management as the new people need to have a fun time and stuff to do in the meantime. And the training needs to be good, not something that could disturb others and make it harder for people to work and when they do a training they need to make sure it's done correctly.

4.Relations
​

-They need to represent DEA and the Site when they speak to a GOI to fix relations or something else they need to make sure things end up good and not bad. As we don't want enemies and I believe Mac has done a very good job with that as well as he has gotten GOC a liaison office which is a big improvement on relations that's the stuff a DODEA needs to do.
