GSD-Sergeant.
Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
I have received a few bans and warnings due to bad behaviour on low pop, this has stopped. While I understand this may give me a bad look for this role, I assure my behaviour when in RP is and will be excellent. If given this responsibility, I assure my behaviour will be its best. I will now list out my recent active warnings/bans for you to help clear up any issues that may be taken with my less than exemplary warning history.
March 7th: I had an interaction within the medical bay during an event that lead to me being pulled into a sit for fearRP due to me still resisting after being tranq'd, this eventually turned into an argument with the mod resulting in my ban due to my vulgar responses at the time.
April 29th: This incident was on low population with around 15 members on site, I had been screwing around with a new character of mine trying to act "invincible" however my character had completely taken this the other way and mistaken it for "invisible" meaning when guns where pulled on him, he believed himself to be completely unable to be seen, eventually i was pulled into a sit some 5 minutes later and warned for fearRP. I am not entirely sure what the second warn one minute after was for.

Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?
After spending an extremely long time as a Sr Researcher, engaging in many different events and storylines with both players and GMs, all of which has been extremely fun and has kept me interested in research for hundreds of hours. All of these hours have helped me build friendships with many members of the server and have managed to gain me a reputation. With this reputation I believe that I am ready to move onto a higher position within the research department and fully invest myself into helping those involved.
I have experienced plenty of roleplay scenarios and storylines during my time in this department, it has been extremely fun to roleplay with many of the personnel and SCP's on site. It's for this reason I am beyond excited to actually apply for this role, I've pushed away the idea of going for this role for months. However with the way the server is now, i think it's a perfect time for me to at least give it a go.
As a Sr Researcher I already busy myself with helping Jr Researchers learn the site, its rules and their place in it all. I have watched dozens of Jr Researchers rise up the ranks of the RSD, helping them along the way. I take immense joy in this, helping a new Researcher learn the site is something I deeply enjoy and would love to do at a higher level. Being in the role of an Executive would allow me to truly guide, reward and push Jrs towards bigger things. The ability to credit them for interesting ideas or creative twists in their work, as well as helping them organise tests to bring out the best in their ideas would be some of the most fun I could ask for.
I have made so many friends in the RSD and truly believe it to be something I would genuinely love to be a part of, I have been recommended to have this role the moment i got to the role of Sr Researcher by Director Niko Merc, later on Executives such as Jesse Soul and Casseno also began encouraging me to take on the role. Of course I did not take their advice at the time and as time went on many more members of the site believed me to be able to take on such a role.

What makes you suitable for an Executive Researcher position?:
I believe myself to be an extremely roleplay centric player, I attempt to keep myself in character at all times, attempting to make friends and enemies with anyone I come across with my many strange attempts at different voices.I keep myself in character at all times, trying to create RP and conversation everywhere i go and believe this position would allow me to do this to a higher level. I enjoy doing this tremendously and believe that I have a good reputation for creating and maintaining RP.
Most of my tests involve interviews that create RP and storylines for each SCP player that takes part, this includes both events held by GMs and simply doing tests with SCPs controlled by the same player, often creating a string of more personal lore that makes that player feel fully engaged in RP. I intend to keep this going on a larger scale, my aim is to create storylines that involve multiple players and introduce fun twists along the way.
I have watched over and helped a great many tests conducted by both Jr researchers and researchers, providing them with hints and tips along the way. In doing so I am also approached frequently for information, advice and ideas for their future tests. I try to remain as supportive as possible when helping Jr researchers as I believe that it is the long journey from CL1 to CL2 that can make it or break it for many players that join the RSD. I have done this for many months on site and have seen many of the Junior researchers I've assisted climb up the ranks and a few have quickly surpassed me. Two Jrs I would love to name would be Maxo and Solus.
I am unfortunately well known for never writing documentation with the intent of posting them for others to see, I instead priorities question sheets that D-class can use and follow to feel included, i attempt to give many D class their own agency during tests in order to keep them feeling like they are necessary, otherwise i could simply talk to the SCPs myself, I much prefer giving D-class a goal to achieve themselves and enjoying the RP both they and the SCP generate.I have made many question sheets based entirely towards the RP of a D-class used for the test, I try to make the D-class feel as if their input and strategies in getting the answers from the SCP they are interviewing is absolutely essential to my work, i assure them each and every test that they have been vital to the foundations plans and their work will be noted down, this often elicited a happy response from most new players on this server, many of which i have seen flag on Jr not to long after.
One of these D-class/new players I speak of was someone I am sure everyone on site knows and loves, a D class by the name of “Maxo” was one of my three D-class during a test involving SCP-173. This test was one of a long line of tests I often do when there is an overflow of D-class wanting to test, each of the three D-class are given a personality type of their choosing, such as; happy, annoying, frustrated, angry, mean, kind and apathetic. This test was made with the idea that SCP-173 often chose specific people to kill and sometimes spared others, these personality types were a way of seeing what SCP-173 enjoyed being around
Maxo seemed to be extremely happy about having the role of the “Apathetic and cold” member of the test, while the other two both decided to have an angry and positive personality during the test, Maxo went in with a purpose and came out terrified, surviving the test, however it wasn't too long after that i saw a very happy Jr Researcher dragging along 3 D-class to test on SCP-173 himself, Jr Researcher “Maxo Winters”.
These are some of the reasons I believe I would be a suitable pick for a job such as this.
IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII
How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
I have not put forward any documents to be graded in my time as a researcher, I instead focus myself on generating RP during tests and in general conversation with those around the site. As stated before I mainly busy myself creating questioning sheets meant for D-class. I understand that my lack of any submitted documentation may give me a bad look, however I can assure that despite this void of documentation I will be working just as hard as any of my peers and colleagues on site.
I can however explain what makes a document excellent, while I do not often turn in documents, I do understand that from what is listed in the requirements for an excellent document, it must have all mandatory sections of the document filled in with heavy attention in order to reach a high level of professionalism. it is also essential to note that all documentation should have the correct spelling, grammar and punctuation. To add to this, all documentation must have a high level of unique creativity from the researcher behind it, the effort and new ideas brought forth are just as important in my eyes.

What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
The responsibilities of an Executive Researcher, mainly involve the supervising and assisting the researchers of CL1-2-3. This can be guiding them in their test during onboards, making certain that the they feel in control and and not overruled. It can be encouraging creative ideas for testing, it is essential to nature these ideas within RP and keep that researching thinking of new and unique ways to test. Making sure you stay involved with their work is just as essential, taking notes of researchers and their preferred work, in order to bring it up in conversation when you next check in on them is something i believe any exec should be able to do in order to generate RP.

Background:
IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIMorikas Benak Laritho’s early years started with him being raised in an upper middle-class family. He was raised by his mother, █████████ █████████ and his father █████████ █████████. His family's status gave Morikas access to education within private schools as well as professional tutoring. At the time of his education, Morikas seemed to be showing no signs of becoming an exemplary student. Most of his teachers considered him to be below average and completely unable to concentrate on the work at hand. However, his complete disregard for learning was not in vain. Looking beyond the fact that he was not too sociable in school, didn’t have any friends to spend his time with, or no real escape from the monotony of life, Morikas always found a way. His primary escape during this time was a large forest, tucked behind his family’s grandiose home that expanded for miles.
In his early teenage years, Morikas would spend any free time he had exploring the forest. However It wasn't long after his trips that Morikas began speaking about finding a “monster” within the forest. Unbenounced to him, this “monster” was actually an Anomaly, not yet discovered or documented by the Foundation. Said anomaly, currently designated SCP-████, which is being contained at Site-██, is believed to have taken quite a liking to Morikas, based on the fact that this anomaly constantly asks for Morikas’ presence, and seems to act in a passive manner in his presence.
Morikas seemed to have a keen interest in the paranormal, often going into the woods late at night to track down and study this anomaly. He had a habit of noting down any relevant information he could gather during the brief periods it had made itself known to him. He observed the behaviours of the anomaly, such as its routines and interactions with the local fauna, as well as the anomalies interactions with Morikas himself. As the meetings eventually grew longer and longer, Morikas found new ways of communicating with the anomaly. This was frivolous at first, however using his ingenuity he found more advanced ways of communication.
These meetings happened over a period of approximately ██ months, with Morikas becoming accustomed to the existence of SCP-████ within his life. However, this ‘relationship’ wasn’t without its drawbacks. As SCP-████ slowly grew more and more comfortable with Morikas’ existence, it chose not to stay as actively hidden as it once had. The woods, once a safe haven for both Morikas and the anomaly, had no more area for the anomaly to explore. As it started grazing the borders, poking its head out once and a while, the anomaly was eventually discovered by the townsfolk. Reports started flooding in, almost comparable to the hysteria surrounding ‘Bigfoot’. This was no secret, and suddenly the town had a drive, if not mission, to figure out the true meaning behind these reports.
The lack of covertness, as well as the pounding reports on online message boards was enough for the Foundation to get involved. A small task force, designated ‘Epsilon-6 - Village Idiots’, was deployed to the town, tasked with a cleanup operation and to investigate the claims found online. During one of their routine scouting operations in the woods, they came across the anomaly. The woods, once a safe haven for the anomaly, served as the perfect backdrop to conceal the containment operation. At approximately ██:24 GMT, SCP-████ was contained and remanded into Foundation custody, with the remaining townsfolk amnesticated and any mention being wiped from the Internet.
Despite the thoroughness of these amnestications, there were still a few people that slipped through the cracks, these were mainly stragglers from a group known as ‘parawatch’, among those who managed to escape being amnesticated was Morikas. Morikas had noticed the disappearance of SCP-████ and stayed far away from the forest for weeks after noticing what looked like soldiers patrolling where he would usually meet with SCP-████. Missing his friend deeply, he would make sure to never forget them.

Missing his friend deeply, he would make sure to never forget them.
Morikas turned to continue his education with intense determination, but in his spare hours, he often delved deep into the depths of internet archives, such as the ‘parawatch forums’. Cryptid sightings and anomalous theories became an obsession of his, becoming known under many different usernames on various different message boards. He began trading all sorts of speculation and sketches, all circling around and back to one single obsession: the idea that not all anomalies were threats. By the time he had been admitted into the University of Oxford, the obsession of his spare time now entered his life academically. Over the years, he earned a PhD in Psychology and a DPhil in Global Governance and Non-State Diplomacy. Morikas’ blend of both emotional insight as well as diplomatic agility made him a standout candidate in the UK Foreign Affairs Office, soon being hired and assigned to help handle conflict mediation and diplomatic field operations.
Morikas’ methods often raised eyebrows among his colleagues and peers, he quickly became known for engaging in volatile and culturally bizarre groups with curiosity, calm and understanding, unlike the more rigid, by the books, approach of his peers. Many of his colleagues began referring to him as the “Emotions first operator”, in a semi mocking tone. As time went on, what had begun as an unorthodox reputation soon started showing genuine use. Within two years, he was recruited into the United Nations as a Junior Ambassador and set to work under the UNGOC.
There, for the first time since his childhood, Morikas finally had a chance to have contact with the anomalies he had spent much of his life studying, entities, artifacts and anomalous cultures he could not have fathomed were all suddenly his actual job to interact with. His diplomatic style consisted of an emotionally attuned, empathetic and sincere attitude. Unfortunately this approach was not something the GOC valued, many favoured commanding control over the situation, not communication. Morikas instead favoured coexistence.
Morikas continued his work within the GOC, ignorant to the watchful eyes of the foundation, who had seen promise in his work. During routine outreach operations between the UNGOC and the Foundation, Morikas soon found himself being approached while in private. A man dawned a black suit along with a hat that covered his eyes, a usual shady foundation member in Morikas’ eyes. The man spoke softly, carrying himself with an authority that demanded Morikas’ attention with ease. He knew many details. Classified details. He knew childhood locations, sketches Morikas had not shown a soul during his life. He knew about the raid. He knew about the creature.
Morikas was taken by surprise, shocked at the knowledge he thought to be so well kept to be so utterly out in the open. The man uttered no threats, his demeanor as comforting as one could be in a situation such as this. He instead spoke of the Foundation's watchful eye over Morikas, whom they had been watching for a long while. They now believe Morikas was ready to receive an offer for something more… Greater power, far broader authority then what he was given in his current occupation. Yet most important of all, a chance to work directly in the line of research involving the very entities Morikas had been trying to understand his entire life.
The answer Morikas had for this offer was not a decision, the answer seemed so clear to him. It was a call for something he believed himself made for. It was shortly after this meeting that he left the UN quietly and without regret. It was then that he was reassigned to site-65 where he then assumed the role of Junior Researcher. His time at site-65 hasn't changed his unorthodox approach to his work, however as he moved up the ladder of the RSD, so did his ambition.

His time at site-65 hasn't changed his unorthodox approach to his work, however as he moved up the ladder of the RSD, so did his ambition.
Morikas soon reached the role of Senior Researcher not too long after his initial hiring onto Site-65, busying himself with interviews involving the SCP’s he thought to be capable of changing and being understood; SCP-049, SCP-7722, SCP-035 and SCP-076-2. Out of these SCP-035 has proven to be the hardest for him to work with, their answers are less than helpful and SCP-035’s seems to have taken a liking to Morikas’ visits, often outright refusing questions at times to force Morikas to make a second trip back later on.While this may bother other researchers, Morikas finds it as an improvement, in his eyes, it's simply friendly banter, excluding the common death threats and other profanity SCP-035 often hurls his way.
During the later stages of his tenure as a Senior Researcher, Morikas Laritho was noted once again for his unconventional testing methods. This time specifically was during his series of evaluation interviews involving SCP-035. During the end of one session, without any scheduling prior he was approached by a high-clearance foundation member identified only as “-10”. -10 entered the observation chamber entirely unannounced, accompanied by two undisclosed security personnel before proceeding to conduct an assessment of Morikas’ work. Subsequent to the encounter with -10, Morikas was temporarily reassigned to work on Project-███ ████ as well as being granted a sum of £100,000 for his work.
Morikas was visited multiple times by -10 over the next month, both in and out of tests to check in on progress Morikas had been making, soon enough Morikas began having slightly more casual talks
This attention given to Morikas caught the eyes of Omega-1, who took issue with -10s appearances.
This soon led to Omega-1 attempting to use Morikas as a tool to feed information to the ethics committee of -10s plans.
Morikas was invited into the ethics committee offices by a group of Omega-1, he had never had any negative interactions with the ethics committee and thus found himself rather comfortable when entering, this was until the questions about -10 began. When the questions started, they seemed far more serious and insidious then Morikas had expected, the aggressive and predatory tactics started right away. Morikas acted oblivious to -10s importance and shared nothing of interest with Omega-1, no matter how much they pried, he had no inherent loyalty to -10, however with each and every question proposed, he worried more and more about what the Omega-1 had planned.
Soon after these questions were deflected by the researcher, an Ethics Member by the name of Andrew Whitaker entered the room, stern, out of uniform and with his sleeves rolled back. Mr Whitaker quickly took over in putting forward these questions, the true nature of the Omega-1 in the room was soon shown, surrounding Morikas and holding him at gunpoint. Mr Whitaker began his line of questioning immediately, a trap and a threat in every word. Morikas once again assured Mr Whitaker that he knew nothing, keeping a panicked and confused act going that Mr Whitaker was able to pick apart with each passing question. Morikas was fearing for his life now, however no answers he gave even in half truths could persuade the Ethics Member.
Morikas’ pager sounded off, he glanced down at his tablet for a moment, a jumbled message showed before fading, “D̶͈͐o̶̗̿ ̵̻̐n̷̟̒o̴̥̕t̶̘̚ ̵̪͌g̸̼͗ĩ̴͕v̷̙͋e̸̦͌ ̵͑ͅȧ̷̻ṅ̷̟y̷͕͘ ̴̲̊ǐ̸̹n̴̺͝f̵̞̿ó̴̮ṟ̸̅m̸̯̈́a̷͍͠t̷͓͗i̷͙͆ǒ̴͇n̶̜͋”. His pager was soon taken away, the messages gone. Mr Whitaker grew impatient and ordered the immediate amnestication of Morikas. He protested but did not dare move under gunpoint. Soon he was escorted out of the ethics office having forgotten anything that had taken place.
Later on that week, Morikas was approached by what he perceived to be one of -10s guards, they did not speak, simply gesturing that he follows them.
Morikas followed the heavily armoured guard to the EZ before being given a passcode to a door, this had been standard practice with -10, so no questions were asked. However upon opening the door and entering, he was met with only the hum of ventilation shafts. Infront of him, sat on a filthy metal chair, was the corpse of an Omega-1 Operative. Panic set in, he turned to leave but the door was locked, he felt he was being watched, he searched the room for clues on what had happened, moments later, footsteps reverberated around the room, someone had entered. Morikas turned around to see an 2 members of Omega-1 with their guns pointed straight at him, one moved forward and detained him, blindfolding and gagging before dragging Morikas across site before sitting him down on a seat within Omega-1's bunks, a torture room of sorts.
As the blindfold was taken off, Morikas looked up to see a far happier looking Andrew Whitaker, thus an interrogation begun, trap questions and baseless claims, accusations of treason and murder. Soon the questioning moved onto -10 once again. Morikas stirred up a hatred towards everyone within that room, refusing or dodging any answer they threw at him, he bled for every word. Gunshots were heard just outside the room, a firefight that must have lasted 10 or so minutes before quieting down, Morikas had no idea where his fate would lead... In only 30 more minutes of tireless interrogation, Andrew Whitaker grew tired, deciding instead to put an end to Morikas himself, promising freedom and walking away, before turning around and landing a shot straight into Morikas' skull.
Morikas had been killed, as far as any Omega-1 or ethics member there, he was dead, no pulse, a bullet to the head... his word went black.
Soon Morikas awoke to the sounds of talking, everything a blur, his eyes opened barely, he was laid on a surgery table, as he looked around, he saw both the armoured guard from before, as well as what looked to be a man in chaos insurgent uniform, seemingly a doctor of sorts. The doctor turned around and approached the table, lifting a syringe from the operating table and beginning to inject Morikas with an unknown substance, the last thing Morikas saw before falling back into nothingness was a nametag... "The Engineer"
Morikas awoke with a sudden gasp, he looked at his surroundings, the medical bay, Site-65s medical bay, he sat up, everything flooding to him at once, his body felt wrong, aching all over, his hair now a bright shade of greyish white, his eyes void of their original colour and his body without any of the strength he once had.
He went back to work that day and continues to server the research department, however his trust for ethics and their members is all but lost, avoiding them at all costs, -10 still visits, however much more covertly now.
