What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
I am very experienced within this server as I had been a Overseer Assistant before, I am a very capable person. I understand the duties of an Overseer Assistant very well. I am good at creating roleplay and leading it. I am very good at managing the site during the absence of necessary command members in emergencies. I am very good at doing orders that have been issued to me which is a very important thing for an Assistant. I have been recently getting active on the server again as I have found it to be fun. I am good at writing documents and reports.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
Representing & Assisting the O5 Council
Overseer Assistants as the name says, assist the O5 Council, they help them with their day-to-day duties. Assistants commonly represent The Council on multiple occasions such as signing documents on behalf of them or attending important meetings where its either risky for a Councilor to attend or simply does not have time for such. They commonly disguise themselves as Councilors during large movements to confuse any possible attempts at endangering them.
Fulfilling Orders from The Council
Overseer Assistants do more than just representing The Council. They take their orders and enforce it at all costs and that cost may be death itself. Overseer Assistants usually take orders about improving faculty and such, they have unwavering loyalty to do so. They are tasked with writing documents/reports about the following order then dropping it off.
Assisting Site Administration
If needed or ordered to do so, Assistants are equipped to assist Site Administration with their duties as they are known to the public as their Assistants. Site Administration can request help from them to achieve certain goals, such as assisting the liaison of Nu-7 to take more information for their monthly report.
Managing Site-65 in Emergencies or Absence of Command
During the absence or unresponsiveness of SC & SA. Assistants are up far in the Chain of Command of the site, so it is reasonable that they would lead it during extreme situations. They can approve Advanced Armory for MTF NCO+ if breaches get too out of hand, and the site is nearly lost. They can approve Mass Termination if SC, SA & ECAs are absent and a massive Class-D uprising is affecting an already major breach or emergency, this should be a last resort situation and requires severe thinking before doing so. They are able to approve site-wide or area lockdowns during emergencies, such as a massive 008 breach is taking place and might reach surface so a site-wide l
Standard CL4 Duties
Such as closing blast doors when needed, opening high security clearance doors for emergency units, monitoring CCTV, and upholding Foundation Law. These duties are usually done when they are not directly doing orders.
Dealing with High-Clearance Information Breaches
Overseer Assistants usually respond to CL4+ Information leaks if ISD isn't able to do so. They can request the help of Alpha-1 to apprehend the leaker and bring them for interrogation, however they can not issue orders to Alpha-1. It is not normal that you see a low-clearance personnel leaking high-clearance documents.
Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?:
I have been recently getting back to this server and enjoying it, I personally find Overseer Assistant to be a very enjoyable position that I used to play in the past, which makes me want to re-apply. I want to become a CL4 again and possible achieve a position of seniority, I enjoy roleplay that can be created with this role and appreciate it. I wish to find new people to socialize with and be friends with.
