What O5 role are you applying for, and why (give the specific O5 number):
I am applying for the position of O5-4, 'The Archaic'.
I'm applying to expand and improve everyone's RP, regardless of department. Like many other people, I personally enjoy being involved in and/or running detailed, fun and "hands-on" RP. The position of O5-4 will allow me to have more of an impact and meaningfulness when engaging in or creating RP. In my positions as A1, SA, OSA, ECA, Executive, and UNGOC I've been successful in creating fun and engaging RP.
With all of this summed up, the main reason that I am applying for O5-4 is to attempt to create more RP on the site, encouraging people to stay and continue playing by creating an engaging, interesting, and unpredictable environment of RP. Although possible to create a wide selection of interesting RP as an OSA / A1, I wish to expand my ability and move to a more suited position for this. Aside from RP, I am also applying for the position of O5-4 to expand and test myself as an individual. With holding many positions in the past, I want to have the ability to experience a lot of different positions and sides of the server, ranging from ECA, OSA, A1 etc...
I personally also believe that I possess many of the traits required to be a part of the O5 Council, engaging thoroughly in the day-to-day duties of an O5 Council member during my time as an Executive, SA, and OSA, completing tasks set by them and learning the requirements that are necessary to apply. I've always aspired and looked up to them, and I believe that it is my time to move up.

What makes you the best candidate for the O5 Council?:
Mainly, I believe that I am suitable for taking the position of O5-4 because of my past experience with multiple CL3 and CL4 positions. As seen in my whitelists section, I've held a vast majority of available positions, not being removed from any of them. I personally believe that experience is necessary, especially when moving up to important, impact-full and 'Powerful' positions. I've also had a generally positive interaction with most, if not all people that I've met.
MTF Alpha-1:
My time in Alpha-1 has taught me to respect chain of command, with severe consequences if broken or mistakes made. I believe this makes me the best candidate for the O5 Council because it allowed me to learn the necessary skills of how to interact with other personnel in a professional manner, and learning the day-to-day duties of the O5.
Site-Advisor:
My time as Site-Advisor taught me the "behind the scenes" of different departments and how to act in a professional manner when dealing with stressful situations. This position has also taught me how to write documentation to a high standard, and the administrative and documentation side of certain positions.
Executive Researcher:
Executive Researcher was one of my first positions, and something I hold close to me with interesting and fun memories from the time that I held it. Throughout this time I interacted with SC frequently and taught me the proper format for writing up documentation.
OSA/ECA:
As suggested by their positions, assistants interact frequently with SC, doing their bidding and orders with no questions. Both of my experiences in OSA/ECA positions were pleasant, and taught me the inner workings of SC and how to lead RP properly.
All of this combined makes me believe that I am suitable for the position of O5-4.

What are the responsibilities of the O5 Council in RP?:
The O5 Council are an essential part of the site, frequently dealing with GOI and situations on-site. The O5 Council are required to run the foundation, preventing the death of humanity.
Overseeing:
The primary responsibility of the O5 Council is to oversee and judge the performance of foundation personnel in containment and general conduct around the site. This is one of the most important responsibilities of the O5 Council as it allows the Foundation to run smoothly and without collapse. Each member of the council being assigned to a department, allows them to effectively and smoothly decide the required actions to improve the departments performance, especially with feedback from Site-Administration.
Commanding Alpha-1:
MTF Alpha-1 is the personal MTF of the O5 Council, serving as escorts and servants to the O5 Council. One of the responsibilities of the O5 Council is to effectively command members of MTF Alpha-1 to ensure that the site is run smoothly, deploying them to remove personnel who are actively hindering the Site's potential, as well as to do tasks for the O5 Council which could be considered risky for them to do themselves.
Commanding Overseer Assistants:
Overseer Assistants are frequently seen as the second hand to the O5 Council, doing documentation and other tasks set to them by the O5 Council. The O5 Council is required to ensure that their respective assistants are performing up to standard, as well as assigning orders for them to complete, alongside MTF
Alpha-1. Assistants, privy to certain knowledge that majority of on-site personnel would not have, are required to complete these orders to ensure site health and safety.
Code-Black / Nuke scenarios:
To ensure the safety of humanity, in certain scenarios the O5 Council are required to activate Code Black's or even the Alpha Warhead, destroying the site. This is to be considered as a last scenario when all of ERT have died or the site is considered "Lost". This responsibility is primarily to promote server health and RP.
RP Creation:
One of the most important responsibilities of the O5 Council is to set classified tasks and operations, on top of RP Creation to benefit the server and make playing enjoyable for as many people as possible. Although the enjoyment of RP is dependent on the person that is involved, members of the O5 Council must attempt to make it as fun and enjoyable for everyone involved.

The O5 Council have to frequently vote and make amendments to the conduct-side of the FLC. The FLC is a centerpiece of the server, creating RP for both the O5 Council, Ethics Committee and IA, alongside majority of other personnel.
