Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community?:
- Can't say I have, other than the occasional discord.
Do you have any previous experience with serious roleplay?:
- I have played this server for a fair time, while playing I've met a large variety of people and I have been able to adapt and RP with most anyone. (As long as they show any intent to RP.) Outside of this server, I haven't had much experience, no.
How many hours can you be on everyday?:
- It can really vary, however I'd assume around 4-14, usually around 8+.
Why do you want to become a moderator for our server?:
- The reason is that I'm applying can be broken down into 2 core points.
The community: I'm a big fan of the community, and I'd like to be a part of it more than I currently am. As staff I can help to keep RP going with as little interruption as possible while also contributing to the server's overall health.
My position: In the server I tend to avoid combative roles, which is why I'm not in any MTFs. I purely play non-combative roles, mostly ECA, which means I have a fair bit of down-time where there is no active RP to participate in, this means that I have more than ample time to respond to sits where and when needed, as well as assist in other ways.
What do you think you would be able to help us with on the server? Why are you special over the other applicants?:
Taking into account my high levels of activity, knowledge of the rules and ability to de-escalate a situation quickly, I have a firm belief that I am a good candidate. Also, due to my focus on RP jobs rather than combat I have developed skills that help me in finding a resolution to any problems that arise while keeping the situation and players involved calm (Keeping people calm in a situation is vital, as it allows both sides to get their point across and for the situation to be resolved properly.). I'm efficient and thorough with all that I do, and due to that fact I will be a useful addition to the server's staff team.
