Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
I am applying to Site Advisor because I feel its finally time to bring my ideas and skills sitewide. I had this role a long time ago, and I threw that chance away, but now after returning and working hard, I believe I am ready to get back to work to bring the server a quality of RP that's new and fresh, while doing my best to work with all of the playerbase and let roleplay trickle down to those who work hard to deserve it.

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
I'll split these into little paragraphs for reading ease, but as a general overview, there is no one more dedicated to setting a standard of roleplay than me. I strive to create interesting characters, unique experiences, and roleplay for everyone, not just CL3+. I work hard to include everyone in roleplay, and teach those in my department to do the same. But enough yap. Here are your bite-sized reasons for why I am suitable for Site Advisor.

Activity:
I am working on increasing my hours of playtime to a frankly disturbing amount, and that means I will be avaliable more often than not. I am constantly around (and hard to miss..), which is a huge strength for SA to be easily accessible and a constant presence around site staff and players. So far, coming off of being sick for three weeks, my time is at 1d 16hrs 23mins 03sec, and will likely only be going up since I am recovering! 1749041561812.png

Approachability:
Site Admin are some of the most asked for people on the site, and their attitude can make or break roleplay deals or negotiations. I pride myself on being a friendly face, on being approachable and open to all sides of a story, which can be a major bonus to consider when Site Admin deal in mediation and conflict resolution. I consider myself to be an understanding person, and a familiar face to many on the site. This is not only important due to the inherent duties of Site Admin being diplomacy and interaction with the departments, but also having a recognisable face can encourage people to feel comfortable discussing issues with me.

Creativity and Roleplay:
I believe myself to be a unique roleplayer, and I hope it shows through the storylines and roleplay I create! Some of these include the Zero-Gravity Test, the Surface Climate Test, as well helping out with other roleplay or events, with SCP-3199, or that one time the Mayor demanded some taxes. My time as DoR has given me a great insight into how to create roleplay that can be transformed and handed out to players around me. I think it's important to be able to both delegate roleplay, but also lead it and guide. Site Admin are the last step between the site and FCOM, and as such I believe I can uphold the level of roleplay needed for such a role.

Teamwork:
I can work well in a team, which is needed since Site Admin is a team to administrate over the site. I am a 'people' person, and as stated above, very approachable. Which makes for easy communication between team members and a clarity during misunderstandings or issues. I can also work alone when necessary, and can effectively solve issues both collectively and independently, which helps when I am alone on site, or in a meeting without anyone else around.

Posters:
I've made about half the posters around site. This is very important, since SA are the poster crew now. 👍

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
Site Admin are responsible for:
-Accepting and handling DoM, DoEA, CoS, and Nu-7/E-11 Commander applications/promotions.
-Liaising with a Department every month to ensure each department gets what it needs in terms of support and guidance.
-Advisors can take direct orders from O5 for matters such as identifying individuals of interest or investigating a department for treason.
-SA staff can authorize AA, Mass Termination, and Code Black's.
-Uphold a standard of following the FLC and general professionalism and guidance.
-The job also involves assisting site personnel with issues and directing them to appropriate departments, which can include arranging meetings and attending departmental meetings to help solve issues and problems within the department.
-Management of all departments and their performance, which can include stepping in when their performance, through audits or hearings.

Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
