How long have you been a Senior Agent for?

Two weeks, was promoted on the 4th of March.

Why are you applying for Special Agent?

I’m applying for special agent position so that I can assist in promoting more rp based story lines for new and old players of DEA and NU7. Many are also not so keen on performing negotiations and agreement settlements, so that's an aspect I will be focusing on. Along with that I love showing people the ropes of the role.

What makes you suitable for Special Agent?

I can bring a fresh perspective to DEA, I’m someone who isn’t good at combat, but I thrive with my other strengths. I believe I can make an impact on the sides of negotiations & conflict agreements. So far I've already made an impact for DEA, handling talks in regards to sampling and testing agreements with Goc, managing to wrangle both sides to some form of an agreement. With this agreement there's a bit of wiggle room for more negotiations. I strive to ensure I know details before taking drastic action especially in regards to relation based incidents, If I don't have the information at hand I will ask around to gather perspective to ensure the story I have isn't biased.

Another aspect I wish to assist improving upon is introducing new and intriguing rp scenarios revolving around hacking based technology in rp, this would be in collaboration with CI Gms to ensure there is no possibility of powergaming of any sort and that all sides are in mutual agreement. The current story line I have going i’m hoping to improve upon, adding in more dangerous aspects and higher stakes. Along with this I wish to help in teaching newer DEA members techniques in negotiations to allow them to improve upon it, especially if like me- they aren't too keen on the combative aspects of the role (I’m the “ Annoying drone abuser “ CI hates, because I keep broadcasting their locations from the sky).

How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?

Personally, I've only written one as a senior agent. Many more as an eca/ecm prior. As most of the situations I've gotten involved in shouldn't be written down for “ security sake “, but the main document I have written is the GOC X FOUNDATION sampling & testing agreements. It's a document formatted to display the pricings of test and sampling GOC will have to pay the foundation on a case by case basis. Along with that it list basic rules so that they can be easily enforced.

A good document should be easily readable with the correct information within it. If there is a lot of information, different sections should be placed into separate paragraphs to ensure the reader isn't overwhelmed. Along with this said information should be simple and to the point intended, with explanations if necessary. Quality over quantity is what I'd say. AI use will be an automatic denial from my perspective, the only exception would be spelling checkers/ grammar aids.

What are the responsibilities of the Special Agent in RP?

Training of new members of DEA - Its one of their primary duties in regards to the regiment, without new agents being trained DEA would dwindle in numbers. Along with this they teach newer players on how to act within the role- showing the ways of negotiations, interrogations and diplomatic conversations. For some DEA members they will offer the chance for them to become a senior agent via a tryout and training that follows. It's not only new members that need training, but also old ones. It's up to special agents to host semi-regular training to aid the members of DEA in honing their own personal strengths, aim, hacking, ect.

GOI relations - In regards to GOI’s in general, their aim is to keep relations from being ruined- this is focused on GOC and MC&D. As such DEA are the primary point of contact for goi forces such as CI, GOC & MC&D, its their duty to settle disputes on surface and negotiations for instances such as entry permission of GOC into site. This also includes handling MC&D requests for entry, it's up to the choice of the Special agent(s) to permit them on site. This includes ensuring the individual isn't blacklisted and issuing them a sales permit and a DEA escort for whilst they’re on site.
When an issue occurs, Special agents are typically the ones who initiate contact with the GOI responsible, for instance CI holding hostages, they will open a comms line to negotiate for the safe release of the hostage.

Special agents should assist in informing curious members of the site about their duties, primarily in regards to information around site policies and rules in regards to surface. Assisting in handling intruders is a primary duty of Special agents, they need to coordinate well with MTF and site security to ensure the intruders are swiftly dealt with. Without said coordination the site will suffer from damages caused by said intruders. For example handling parawatch or civilians who have entered the site, or dealing with hostiles such as CI (primarily CI).

Please give some lore about your Special Agent character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Miss Baxton in her time within DEA has managed too:
> Catch out a director embezzling funds for Clash Royale.
> Assisted in creation of cover storys for E-11 on surface.
> Peace talks with GOC, confirming rules around sampling & testing in an official document.
> Hack into a Bcom tablet (this was an agreed upon event line that is still ongoing).

Along with this im creating story lines with other departments including; ISD, Medical, Nu7 (for those who wish to partake).

A good example was one from 17/03/2026, it was a story line about an illegal chemical ring that she aided ISD in figuring out, it went from something small into a larger event. I'm hoping to create more of these spontaneous situations.
