I have been in junior leadership for some time, where I mostly focused on ensuring the duties of my current department are upheld and at maximum performance. I have created some unique situations, like my old investigations in Internal Security or some minor tests as a researcher (although it was done as a Sr Researcher). Sadly, these situations only involved a few people, as I failed to escalate them into a major story, but I am motivated to elevate my ability to organise these roleplay situations, and I wish to learn from the best people.
Currently, some General Security leaders and I are building a subdivision, Security Guardians, that could create unique experiences so far through escorts and protection missions. I believe this subdivision can create a bridge between the non-combative leadership and the General Security, and that it can showcase the best members within the department.

Sándor Mekcsey graduated from the Nemzeti Közszolgálati Egyetem (NKE, National Public Service University) and started his career at the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. After a short period of service, he quickly moved to the National Security Service (NBSZ, Nemzetbiztonsági Szakszolgálat), where he showed exceptional organisational skills and a cold-headed attitude. In 2021, the Foundation’s European branch started to conduct covert observation towards his person. Thanks to an incident involving an anomalous phenomenon, Mekcsey got recruited into the ranks of the Foundation for his outstanding work to contain this threat, hence avoiding public outrage.
Later, he was assigned to be the middleman between the Hungarian government and the Foundation to ensure the secrecy of anomalous entities and the MTF regiments working in the region. Although this work has been proven to be fruitful in the long term, the corruption and incompetence of the Hungarian government led to an economic crisis and the weakening of homeland security, which caused setbacks in containing anomalies.
Mekcsey has decided to do sabotage operations against the state and organised a coup to replace the government for the sake of stability and safety of the population. This was, however, a failure, as he got exposed by the NBSZ itself. An arrest warrant was issued for him, and he became a wanted person for “anti-state activities".
The Foundation has organised an escape route for him and the exposed agents to save all the resources they could. This way, he successfully migrated to Canada, where he was given asylum in Site-65. In the following days, he was given a new position at this site and became a site advisor.
When he could not find his footing in Internal Security, he requested his transfer to General Security, where he progressed to the leadership. He became the leader of the Security Guardians and aims to elevate the reputation of his department.
Mekcsey has a controversial reputation within the facility. As a foreigner, he has a difficult time connecting with the staff, and his previous deeds raise suspicion among leadership about whether he can be trusted or not. He aims to improve these through dedicated, hard work and effort.
Mekcsey thinks that the world’s current order is incapable of upholding stability and keeping humanity safe from the anomalies he encounters regularly. He believes in a world where the Foundation may be the absolute power over the world that can control humanity’s fate and avoid its demise.
He is known to be rational and intelligent in his decisions and aims to suppress his emotions to take charge of situations, which changed since his deployment within site. It seems he became much more impulsive in situations that showcase the abuse of leadership towards others. Despite this, he still aims to suppress his emotions in the form of irony and mockery towards the ones he feels are inadequate to fulfil their position. He happens to be morally ambivalent, as he thinks the freedom of one individual can be sacrificed in order to keep humanity safe.
As a wanted individual, Mekcsey always watches over his shoulder. He has no idea when he might be found or betrayed by his colleagues to get rid of him. If his whereabouts become known, the Hungarian government and the Global Occult Organisation may do everything in their power to get him.
Meanwhile, his loyalty towards the Foundation can be questioned as well by Site Command. Can he be trusted, and can he be sure that he can keep working solely for the interest of his employers, or will his patriotism towards his birthplace reawaken for some reason?

Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
The Site Administration seems a tough challenge but may offer a great opportunity to do roleplay, gain experience in leadership, and improve my relationship with CL4 personnel by helping them in their everyday work within the site. I’ve never had a senior position, but I wish to prove that I am capable of achieving great things within the Foundation. I also wish to learn more about people, the functions of the site and improve my ability to organise unique roleplay situations.What makes you suitable for Site Administration?

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?
First and foremost, the main objective of Site Administration is to uphold the efficiency of (almost) all departments and MTF regiments within the facility and to avoid any crisis that may take place. For the sake of performance and order, they are given significant power to achieve this.

Site Administration has the power to modify or create new policies in order to ensure safety and progress, although these procedures demand strong cooperation with Site Command. It is key to take every department's interest into account in these cases, so the balance within the facility is kept up. That way, internal conflicts can be kept under control.

Site Administration plays a huge part in enforcing site-wide policies and upholding order on a higher level. They are (hence the name) administrative in nature; as such, they are to delegate various missions to distinct departments. It is important to do significant interventions if they are necessary in order to avoid any form of crisis.
