When his commanding officer went rogue and attempted to weaponize an anomalous entity to escape, David Miller executed the commander for treason, assumed control of the remaining forces and successfully re-contained the anomaly before the site-wide nuclear option was triggered. This unwavering adherence to protocol over personal loyalty caught the eye of the O5 Council. He was then pulled from field duty and placed into the Department of Internal Affairs where he spent years auditing corrupt Site Directors and dismantling black-market anomalous smuggling rings within the Foundation.
