What makes you suitable for SCP-096?:
Experience with the Lore of 096 having read the entire official and in-game document, also have read Incident 096-A-1 which shows off 096's full range of skills and powers. Being a member of E-11 I know well the procedures of a 096 Containment Breach as well as the Containment Procedures. I've witnessed many 096 Breaches in my time so i know how to play the SCP from a external POV as well as how to treat hostiles during breach and recontainment.

What is the usual behaviour of SCP-096 when pacified?:
Sitting down crying with hands covering his face.

When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?:
096 Can go anywhere inside or out of the Facility, he should not head to any location other than that of the player who has seen his face, the only stops along the way should be for other Players who have seen his face. Ideally he should not spend extended periods of time with D-Block but if many D-Class have seen his face there isn't much that can be done about it.

How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process:
If the breach is caused by someone seeing a picture of 096, the picture must be destroyed immediately and the personal who has seen it terminated. 096 Cannot be Re-Contained until he has entered a Passive State, once he has done so (i.e he has killed his last target) Containment units equipped with Scrambler Goggles should approach 096 and place a bucket on his head to stop any other personnel seeing his face. Once bucketed Containment Beams can be used to further pacify 096 so that he can be placed within Containment Restrains. 096 Should then be returned to his Containment Chamber, it's a good idea to keep a spare Bucket on hand in case he breaks the one placed on his head.
