What makes you suitable for SCP-096?:
I am suitable because I have experience RPing as some SCPs like 7722, 049 and have passive breached several times. Also during active breaches I try to RP it out as 7722 and can apply the same on 096 when breached and follow the lore and character traits rather than mindlessly killing or baiting people

What is the usual behaviour of SCP-096 when pacified?:
Sitting on the ground, covering his face and crying or if left alone for long enough and his containment chamber being open he can slowly wander around HCZ until his face is seen or he is recontained.

When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?:
When Breached 096 can go anywhere where his targets are, using the shortest route possible so he can kill his targets quicker. He can not go out of his way to go to dblock to have people witness his face on purpose unless one of the targets is in Dblock.

How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process:
To recontain 096 you first have to let him kill the people/targets who have seen his face he will then return to his passive/calm state. For the people trying to recontain him it is greatly advised to wear scramble headsets but in an emergency can be done without. Then place a bucket on his head to cover his face and preventing from anyone else seeing it, at this point use a containment beam on him and cuff him. Then bringing him back to his Containment Chamber as soon as possible as he will try to remove the bucket during this process. You will require 2 people to bring him back to open and close the doors, if the doors are broken someone who can repair them should fix them as soon as possible as well.
