Why are you applying for Site Advisor?:
I've been interested in becoming Site Administration for a couple years now, since I started wanting to be SA I believe back in 2023? I stopped playing for a while after that but now that I'm back in the groove of things, I do want to try again. Due to low FPS I don't really enjoy playing combative roles, and sadly there aren't many non-combative CL4 positions that I either have already gotten, or are simply just not what I'm looking for. Due to this, Site Admin felt like a no brainer, since you get to have some nice responsibilities and RP, but also it isn't as demanding as something like a CL5 position, although arguably could be just as demanding depending on the situation. I also want to be able to try and actually expand my time on the server, and although I can do that per department, I just simply want to become Site Administration, do some roleplay related to it, and (hopefully) have a good time.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
There are a few reasons as to why I personally believe that I am suitable for Site Administration:

Experience
I have experience in multiple different Departments and their CL4 positions. Although I have only been three different CL4, two of them have involved me watching other people, including CL4 individuals, and seeing what they are doing. They also involved me communicating and talking to them, either in a friendly or hostile way. I know how to deal with departmental issues and disputes, and try my best to mediate any situation I find myself in to the best of my abilities. Not only that, but due to my position as an OSA, I do know what Site Administration do, and in the past I had worked with them a few times. I have, briefly, been in contact with current Site Administration as well.

Professionalism
I am professional, but also know when I can have a little bit more fun and unwind a little bit. I believe this is important since although the server is an RP server, it isn't necessarily a super serious one and so it's a good idea to have a little fun sometimes, and know when it is and isn't appropriate to do so. Being professional and knowing when to play a character and not is essential for a role like this, and part of the reason I do want to make a new character entirely for it.

Documentation
Due to my time as an OSA, my documentation quality has increased significantly, and I do believe that I am able to do some pretty good in-game documents now. It's not perfect, partly due to how terrible the in-game documentation system can be, but it is something I'm pretty proud of lately. I can make documents via external software like Google docs or Word, but tend to not do it as much as I like to keep documents in-game.

Commitment to the Role and Server
I'm pretty committed to the server, and I do want to see it grow further than it already has. I also want people to be able to get into contact and actually want to get into contact with SA about whatever they need, and I would love to help them even if I'm already busy. I believe that if I can get Site Administration, I might be able to make small bits of change that make a positive impact on RP and just how people play the game.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
Site Administration Responsibilities
Site Administration have quite a lot of duties while on Site, such as:
- Monitoring and ensuring each Department does their job properly, as well as reviewing their performance every day/monthly.
- Authorising AA whenever it is necessary, and generally taking priority for it.
- Authorising tests that require authorisation, but do not also require extra ethics permission, e.g. a CL3 wanting to do a test on CL4 SCP. They also authorise SCP-008 tests now, too.
- Can authorise partial Site closure for specific events or trainings.
- Audit failing departments, being able to detect issues and put controls in to prevent any further problems.
- Manage and deal with on-site emergencies, as well as being able to call a Code Black if an emergency requires evacuation.
- Act as a first point of contact for Departments who need support or generally have questions, likely wanting to get support or similar from Ethics/O5.
- They also assist DEA and supervise GOI relations on site.
- Doing Tribunals, with Ethics approval, on behalf of ISD for smaller and less impactful charges that still require a Tribunal.

Some duties that aren't necessarily in RP and are more external, likely happening off server but still impacting RP would consist of:
- Managing Site-wide Policies, with support and approval from Site Command
- Appointment of CL4 positions such as Directors of DEA, Medical, RSD, and Chiefs of Security, as well as MTF Commanders (excluding AO)
- They also appoint roles internally, such as for Site Advisor.

Site Administration also now are in ownership of the RSD department and so have a lot more duties in regards to testing and other authorisation, but also just general communication with the CL4 team within the Research Department.

Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Mr. Elwin Saxe was born in London, England, with some ties to a wealthy family. Although he had a good childhood, it still didn't seem to be enough for him. He moved further North, into Scotland, living in Glasgow for 4 years, before being suggested a position at the Foundation by a family member. He took this opportunity, and joined Site-██'s Administrative department, entering as an Intern, dealing with a lot of paperwork. Site-█ is located in Scotland, acting as a lower-security containment facility, as well as housing mainly D-Class personnel. He has steadily climbed the ladder, and has taken an appreciation with the day-to-day activities of the Site he is stationed at. His current role consists of assisting Site Administration with anything they may need, but is generally granted greater permissions and duties than the average individual working for Site Administration. He has a good working relationship with normal Site staff.

Mr. Elwin is an interesting man. He tries to appear distinguished, likely due to his Families name, but is quite the opposite. He does his job of assisting the Site Administration well, but has moments where his personality slips and he becomes quite a different person. A Medical check-up could not rule out a form of mental illness, but it is still not entirely clear what exactly causes this change.

Mr. Elwin has been known to simply observe people, normally for no reason at all. He calls it "people watching", but sometimes it creeps personnel out.

On 06/02/█ at 15:23 GMT, a D-Block riot occurred. During the riot, approximately 5 Security personnel were hospitalised, 3 were killed, and a further 15 needed medical treatment. At 15:30, the riot intensified and Security personnel were unable to prevent a breakout from occurring. In a period of 5 minutes, 13 D-Class managed to escape D-Block and enter Light Containment Zone. It is unknown how they were able to escape so quickly, there was likely some kind of insider.
[You skip past some of the minor information within the incident report...]
At 15:40 GMT, a 2 D-Class personnel made their way to Site Administration offices, finding SA Assistant Elwin Saxe at the reception. They proceeded to take him hostage. They had acquired firearms off of dead Security members, and were demanding their freedom, for the life of Saxe. Five Minutes passed, and due to negotiations beginning to be less and less successful, Security personnel decided to breach the room. Luckily, the weapons the D-Class had stolen were on safety and so they were unsuccessful in taking Saxe's life. Saxe was secured at 15:46 GMT.

Due to this hostage situation, Saxe makes it apparent that he despises any and all D-Class, and was part of the reason as to why Saxe put in his transfer request to Site-65, as to make sure that he does not have to deal with so many D-Class on the daily.
