What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:
I believe i am a suitable candidate for the ECA Position due to determination and willingness to co-operate with my team, I can be as active as needs be, i spend alot of nights up playing SCP-RP yet i am relatively new, I do everything i can to the best of my ability and encourage constructive criticism, I'm responsible for my actions and always trying to improve with the servers health at the top of my priority list!

What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?:
Enforcing the FLC and making sure that there is regulation to the extreme, regulation regarding information and the prevention of info leaks, being the first checkpoint into entering meetings with the EC, alongside being the "Left-Hand men" to the ethics committee, as well as ordering MTF Omega-1 when no other ECMs are present, aiding ISD when needed, ECAs should answer questions for anyone curious about the ethics committee and the FLC, the ECAs have equal authority to other CL4 members of staff with similar responsibility, from what ive seen ECAs may also lead tribunals, ECAs may lead investigations on PoIs alongside ISD and MTF O1

Please give some lore about your Ethics Committee Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Alexei was born in Soviet Ukraine to a Cypriot father and a Ukrainian mother and was smuggled past the Iron curtain into the United kingdom at the age of 5, Until 12 he had lived as an orphan and was nicknamed 'Skif' Which stuck. He has little recollection of his roots, yet keeps his family name, Martyenenko.
At the age of 17 Skif joined the Royal Green Jackets due to their deployment operations in Cyprus, during his time there he led a Platoon and gained the Nickname 'Lanius', within this period Skif met Cpl. Myers, they soon became brothers-in-arms and were inseparable.
Sadly Cpl. Myers was killed in Operation Telic 2 in 2004 by an IED, Skif Suffered severe injury and was medically discharged, skif lost sight in his left eye and mobility in his hand, which was regained due to physiotherapy, he had later enrolled as a Nine Tailed Fox Operative within the SCP Foundation, Yet theres a certain emptiness that seems not to be filled by anything?
Though Skif is eastern European, he shows little accent from his parents, with a more southern-European/American accent at times.
