What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
I find myself very good in RP situations, but I find that being in A-1 limits me in some ways. I find that there is only an amount of RP you can do as a SGT on a combative job. I can bring to the table previous experience on MRP as twice regimental command and twice NHC, which shows I possess RP capability, even though I have not had any High Positions on SCP.

I find myself very good at interacting with people, know how to maintain relations when needed, and find myself quite good at researching matters and documenting them. I have lots of experience with take statements and putting that into writing, which I have done many times as NHC and a couple as A-1.

What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:

Complete any tasks given by the council and do orders.
Assist Alpha-1 in matters I can help with.
Act as a relay for foundation personnel and the council.
Maintain relations with MTF and Departments.
Authorize AA if highest on site.

Application is a little lacking. A golden rule when writing applications is not mentioning other servers that you might have been in. I've seen how you RP with people, it doesn't leave much to be desired, but I do think this application could be edited to be better.
