What will you do to stop this from happening again: I have no clue why i got banned, i was never called to any sit nor was consulted on discord / TeamSpeak on why I got banned?
Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? my last warning was around may time so all my warns are expired
Why should you be unbanned: because I didn't do anything?, I hopped on last night to play some D class and then hopped off after an hour which i have clips of, today morning I hop on to get some hours on in A1 and just see that i have been banned. the only thing i can think of for the reason of my false ban is because of a Minge D class who kept spitting on me which i warned and killed him multiple times ( I have clips of this)
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: not sure since i have no clue why i got banned
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: I have been on this server for a long time now, and I like to play A1 and gensec captain.

The reason for the MRDM + LTAP ban that I have issued against you was that I had a report of RDM by a player, I have checked the logs since you were no longer on the server and have seen you repeatedly kill him over and over before dying to someone else and leaving the server right after. If any member of SL wishes to see the logs that I have saved, please contact me for them at your earliest convenience.​

By any chance was this persons name was OG monkey because i have multiple clips of me telling him to stop spitting on me and yet he kept doing it, multiple times he came back to me breaking nlr and fail rp i will send the clips when i get home.

Hi @scarecrow ,

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

After going through the clips, and speaking to Jack I can see why he thought this was MRDM. But I have concluded from the clips 3 of these were RDM to OG Monkey. You should not retaliate against a player if they are spitting or making sounds down their microphone. You can call staff and we can happily deal with this player.

With the LTAP I've looked through the situation, and happy to conclude this was not LTAP, since you've provided the evidence yourself here and may not have fully known you were going to be brought to a sit.

Due to all of this, I will be lowering the ban to 3 days, so this should conclude on August 28th 2023: 12:17:59am BST+1. The ban will stay on your record.
