What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:
I am the best candidate for Ethics Assistant as i am active, have previous CL4 experience, have a wide knowledge of the Code of Ethics and have experience in writing lengthy documents.
Active - I am on almost every day for approximately 8 hours, if i'm not sleep deprived. On weekends i should be able to put in around 10 hours a day.
CL4 Experience - Whilst it may not have been for too long, i once held the position of Intel Ambassador and, whilst i was on that whitelist, carried out numerous duties such as helping out agents, writing up documents, overviewing what the agents are doing and if they are doing everything correctly and in order, along with carrying out usual Intel duties.
Wide knowledge of the Code of Ethics - I currently hold the position of MTF O-1 CPL, and as a requirement for that, i have decent knowledge of the Code of Ethics and what it contains, the only thing i don't have memorised is each number.
Writing documents - As an Nu-7 LCPL, i had written a document which is currently stickied in their bunks as to serve as a welcome to the regiment. This document included detailed information on each class of the regiment, useful formations used and general knowledge. On top of that, i had written multiple documents as an Intel Agent and Intel Ambassador, and as an O-1 Specialist, each of which contained large amounts of information on each subject (around 6-10 pages each).

What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?:
The responsibilities of an Ethics Committee Assistant in RP consists of ensuring the site and all personnel are following ethics at all times, granting audiences with people who wish to speak to a member of ethics or an assistant, overviewing tests, taking notes on how each department are doing and if they have any problems or concerns they may report to the ethics committee, and just being there in general whenever somebody has a question or concern about ethics.

Please give some lore about your Ethics Committee Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
"Sterben" was born in central England, 1999. His father was a very busy man and was almost never seen at his home, and when he was, it was during a business trip. However his mother was a nurse at the local hospital and was the only one caring for and protecting Sterben. As Sterben grew up, he began to hold a grudge on his father for never being there for him and his mother when times were hard, however he knew that it couldn't be helped. When Sterben was 18, his mother came home from work in tears and depressed, explaining that his father was her patient in the hospital and was in critical condition. After visiting his father, he learned about what his real job was and where he worked. His father was an Intelligence Agent and was working in a military base posted up in Canada. Sterben's father gave him a bloodied up piece of paper with GPS coordinates of the military base with his last words being "Make sure you make it, son". When he turned 19, Sterben said goodbye to his mother and moved to the small Canadian town of Pinewood to further investigate the military base. One day he got too curious and entered through some vents he found on the top of the hill the military base was carved in to. When he entered the vents, he smelled the foul odour of death and bleach, venturing further he found a drop-down into a bathroom which he followed. After he climbed down he was arrested by men in black camo uniforms at gunpoint and blindfolded. Sterben was taken to a secure location in which he explained why he was there and who his father was. Upon receiving this information, the men invited Sterben to join the foundation. After working for quite a few years within the foundation, Sterben was astonished by the professionalism and usefulness of the Ethics Committee, and wished that he could one day become a member, even if he must start as an assistant to reach his goal.
