not of my knowlledge that something similar has been suggested before

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
IA Can chase people down quicker and Use it if a person is Refusing

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Abuse of the Taser/tranq pistol

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Based on these postives and negatives it overules the negatives and makes IA'S job eaiser
