Why are you applying for Security Captain?
I'm applying for Security Captain because I have experience in the tree of leadership, especially since I'm now a Security Sergeant, I feel like that's enough experience required for me to proceed to a security leadership position. Also being in E-11, like leading breaches and hosting trainings for regiments, gives me alot of experience and feedback at how I do the job. I have alot of maturity and discipline and I'm also a fresh mind for the Department. I have alot of management and leadership skills which is what required for a GSD Captain candidate.
What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:
My experience in leadership makes me a good candidate for the position of Security Captain. I'm also helpful, friendly and someone that likes to help GENSEC/researchers that are stationed in D Block for testing purposes. I also got experience from being an E-11 CSG and I can handle pressure and do what's necessary to become a Security Captain. I might be new to the position of Security Sergeant however I have proven myself that I can lead a sweep, manage D block and I have the required experience of being a Security Officer at the same time.
What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:
Few of the responsibilities of a Security Captain are as follow:
- Manage D block.
- Work permits.
- Hosting tryouts for licences such as HWL/RRT.
- Ensure that GENSEC are following all policies.
- Control relations with other departments.

Biography:
Born in Porto, Portugal, Tiago Lobo was born into a friendly and nice family, after finishing the required school years, he went into the military to do service, after 2 years, he honourably discharged from the military after being approached by 3 people of the Foundation, later then, he was invited to Site-65 which he started as a Researcher, later proceeding to the Medical Department, which he worked as a Combat Medic, unfortunately, he witnessed the most horrifying breach, which resulted in the death of 10 people and alot of people injured. After that incident, he moved onto the Site-65 Security Department, which after dedication, he's now a Security Sergeant.
