Yes, a lot, diservingly (copied from mod app): LTAP (Class B), did not want to deal with IA at the time; 3x RDM; 1x FailRP; 1x Mixing; 1x ERP - Very poor 173 experiment handling and afterwards research paper. 3x RDM were very diserved, however I dont recall why. 1x Mixing and 1x Failrp were when I was very new to the server and was not familliar with most RP stuff

What makes you the best candidate for the O5 Council?:
I'm Toni G (more info in the lore)
What are the responsibilities of the O5 Council in RP?:
Safeguarding every aspect and operation of the foundation, making sure the world maintains it's normalcy, and guaranteeing no anomalous entity/object or whatsoever interferes with regular humane life
What are the responsibilities of the O5 Council out of RP (e.g. what applications do they handle?):
Overseer assistant, department chiefs, some a-1 positions
Please give some lore about your O5 character and what storylines they would be involved in:
A-1 CPL Toni was at the end of his shift, where he decided to get some beers with the boys, soon after he found himself almost unable to walk, and unitentionally walked into SCP-914's door- instead of the f3 elevator back to bunks-this was later considered a great risk, for Toni had walked into a 914 set to "Very Fine", whos' results were near unpredictable. Soon after some goofy ass activated it, miraculously Toni G appeared on the other side, still alive, all his cybernetic implants now upgraded beyond human and god comprehension, Toni had become one with existance itself, and this simple foolish act of pure luck landed him a special spot amongst the O5 council, known as O5-9000. Toni continues to work with this A-1 colleagues despite being an very powerful O5 (which only said goofy, and the rest of the council knows about), because it is his motivation to serve the O5, and the foundation that motivates him to work. Toni now oversees various aspects of the site, thanks to his upgraded cybernetics- Enhanced vision, which includes nvg, and every possible visible spectrum sight, enhanced healing and tissue regeneration, overtuned bone-implanted exoskeleton, iron klad skin, and unbeatable wit- Toni assists various parties within the site, wheneter they are aware of it or not.
Through an accidental unethical occurance with 914, Toni had become a near-god, propelling himself into bridging O1 and A1, and more specially bringing the O5 council closer to the Ethics Comittee for proper cooperation, whilst still being arguably hidden in the shadows, who's actions were only fully aware by the administrator himself.
EDIT: Regardless of result, I hope you all had fun reading, and hopefully inspired some to write their own applications and/or not be afraid of coming forward with their ideas, love you all, cant wait to see you back on site
