Because this is a request for both attache character lore, and the organisation they are attached to, i was unsure of whether to place it in server lore thread, or here. So i am providing documents for both my attache character AND the organisation file.

Both files were already approved by UNGOC COs, while the organisation file was approved but i was recommended i post a lore request for it to play it safe.
The files already explain the lore pretty well on their own.
No PAC to go with my character as 1) I dont think i could afford paying for it on the server, and 2) I only use PAC to make stuff for GMs for when i need to do stuff with GM's assistance.
