Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?
Ever since i came to Civil Networks SCPRP i was waist-deep into SCPs themselves, and studying them. Given my tendency to do things that nobody else does (Like Research that can be "created" here in RSD), i wanted to expand my scope of research and creativity, so that not only i would be able to do much more, but more importantly, let others be able to do the same, and teach them how to be creative and innovative with their research. While it is true that i used to hate playing RSD during my first days on the server, it became evident that my "hate" towards RSD came from me not... understanding how everything works on the server at the time. After spending more time within RSD and becoming a Senior, i can now understand what research RP truly feels like, and have prepared myself mentally to take on the mantle to let RSD thrive.
-
What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
For starters, i don't do "conventional" research. What i mean by that is: I do not do the same kind of tests as everybody else. After observing other RSD members and them running very basic tests, or sampling for making those chemicals that sell high, i have thought to do unique stuff as RSD - create new weapons, devices and study new types of anomalies. A perfect example of this is within Project Veilbreaker, which you can see on the discord project forums. I may be Autistic, but that does not mean it makes me a handicap or a worse researcher.
There is also the matter of rules. In order to keep myself up to date with the rules to follow them like the law, i spend at least an hour or so daily to read through all the RSD rules to ensure my tests are ethical, legal and do not break any of the foundation guidelines and policies.

How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
Three. And the criteria of making an excelent document are as follows:
* Near-zero spelling/grammar/punctuation mistakes
* Document must be highly detailed and comprehensive
* The test in question must be unique, useful and forecast practical use and benefits from it's findings
* Great use of images in the document (Was told this one was recently thrown out the window so this one is technically optional for the moment)
* (ESSENTIAL) Document must provide: A front page with relevant logo, SCP description, Goal of Study, Test Method, Test Results, Conclusion, (Optionally) a test hypothesis and (if applicable) authorization page, with signatures from relevant personel.
After writing down the document in question, it is then to be uploaded to Scipnet, under it's relevant folder (So a 409 test must go under Site65/Experiment-Logs/409, 682 test under 682, and so on)
-
What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
Their key job is document grading. Every researcher that uploads their document to Scipnet must wait for the document to be graded, and it is the Executive Researcher's duty to grade these. Their other duties include, but are not limited to: Cooperating with other departments for sampling and research, hosting lectures, job banning researchers that break the foundation policies, and occasionally organizing research projects.

Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Dr. William Collins, Age 37. Born in London, UK. Graduated Mechanical Engineering and Bio-Science at Cambridge University. His first contact with the world of the anomalous came in form of an accidental encounter with SCP-8837, during it's first aqquisition by the SCP Foundation. He watched closely at what he has witnessed before his eyes. And although he was later discovered by the foundation, his intelligence was recognized, and was offered a a position within the Foundation Research Department. From there, he has been rising through his ranks all the way to Senior Researcher, and along the way, he was involved in various large-scale projects, like the Weapons Development Program or Project Renovatio. He even started his own project - VEILBREAKER, aimed towards the exploration and study of dimensional anomalies, such as SCP-860-1. William also managed to get various recommendations from higher-ups along the way, which brings him to today, after successfully creating a weapon powered by a miniature contained black hole, which in turn allowed him to now delve into a new type of research field - Void-Tech, revolving around technology based on gravitational forces.
One also wonders: What scientific feats is William Collins known for?
For starters, he has created the Collins Sight Augmenter - a set of goggles with various types of lenses and imaging, capable of bypassing anomalies altering human perception, capable of seeing things a normal human eye would not be able to.
Then there is the Tachyon Analyzer, consisting of a beacon and a tablet - a device capable of mapping out dimensional anomalies, providing hume levels, temperature, humidity, and shows various hotspots for unknown ore deposits, life forms, and other geological, geographical and biological information. It also comes equipped with smaller beacons, which will mark out designated areas as "points of interest" on the map.
Lastly, there is the SINGULARITY Contained Black Hole Rifle - The pinnacle of thaumatology and mechanical engineering, capable of firing beams of dark energy, powered entirely by a miniature black hole, contained via the use of titanium-lined tungsten and thaumatological runes. This weapon has very low recoil, incredible accuracy and extreme surface penetration, and is to be used as a semi-automatic rifle / DMR. It is thanks to this device that new research possibilities had become a reality.
