What makes you suitable for SCP-096?: I am suitable for SCP-096 because I know the rules well, have decent roleplay experience, and for my time in the server.

What is the usual behaviour of SCP-096 when pacified?: SCP-096 will often hide in a dark corner. It will cry and whimper. It will keep its hands over its face to avoid being seen

When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?:
SCP-096 will only move toward the location of the person who saw its face. It cannot go directly to D-Block unless the target is there.

How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process:
-If someone sees SCP-096’s face, it will cry and become more agitated.
-It will then chase that person until they are dead.
-After the target is eliminated, approach SCP-096 wearing scrambles.
-Place a bucket over its head to cover its face.
-Use a containment beam to pacify it.
-Cuff it quickly and return it to its chamber before it removes the bucket.
