Denied ULX noclip for GMs

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
adding or making a command that lets you change noclip speed for GMs

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
more freedom for event types
more customisation for aircraft pacs (i am definitely not making lots of them )

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
might not be possible to implement
probably not worth the time

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
it would be a nice QoL change that would allow making anything flying easier to manage

not for getting around, but for events like planes and helicopters where you need to noclip fast or slow
