Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? Yes, but not for RDA.
Why should you be unbanned: I understand RDA is breaking the rules but it is an in-character issue and the fact that I received a 3-day ban instead of a jail for Rda(b) ((2nd offense )) is uncalled for, at most it looks as though a jail should have been issued. It states NITRIP but was I roleplaying defending D block just that I had cuffed the same chef twice in a short period of time in the kitchen
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: Thoroughly re-read the rules and make sure that the ones i broke are learned
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: To play the game and have some fun RPing as foundation/scp

The reason why I have given you a NITRP ban was not only your carelessness over getting the warns and breaking the rules but also for the fact that you even said something along the lines of "I was bored" and "you can jail me already" which not only showed disregard for the rules of the server and it's punishments, but also lack of interest to RP normally but rather to disrupt other peoples RP instead.

I do understand issuing a warning or jailtime for breaking an IN-CHARACTER issue but a ban ? There was little to absolutely no RP going on in the Foundation as it was 6 am~ for U.K and there was maybe what 10 people active? You can't seriously believe I was actually hindering someone else RP when there was noone else online to interact with? I messed around with cuffs twice because he was the only other person there with me and there was absolutely nothing to do as Gensec in D sector and it's not like I mass rdmed the chef or was arming D class. I could bet you have at least once jokingly cuffed someone or shot them and ran away because it's funny, it's a joke, not a life or death situation. Now I understand I shouldn't have been doing that and instead shouldve logged off but a ban is a last resort issued after ive offended multiple times (4) in which case you dont seem to understand because you didn't even jail me twice before banning me. An alternative could have been you giving me jailtime longer than usual.

First of all, RDA is not an in-character issue as stated in the rules of the server (1.5 Don’t RDA - You must have a valid RP reason to arrest someone). Second of all, the reason why I issued said ban was not because of you simply breaking rules, but because of how you acted in the sits. You did not care about the warning as you have told me, and I quote, "It's RDA I guess" in the first sit, and in the second sit, you also said "I was just bored just warn/Jail me already" which showed further carelessness towards the rules of the server but also the punishment that you would have received. Thirdly, just because it was really late and the server was not populated does not mean it is okay to RDA people and leave them cuffed. It clearly showed that you had no intentions of RPing on the server at the time and hence I issued the NITRP 3-day ban punishment.

Do you want me to lie and say that I did not RDA? What else would you have wanted me to say that it was an accident, or lie and say he never got cuffed ? of course it was not accidental I had admitted to what was happening and for you to punish me so we can keep things short instead of trying to explain why he was cuffed because it was random cuffing there is not much else to it. & Being arrested is in-character that's why IA exists and they handle most things instead of a sit taking place

As the rules stated, it is still a staff issue at the end of the day and the reason why I banned you was for the apathetic responses that you have given me which proved to me the fact that right after getting warned and doing the exact same thing that got you warned again, it showed me that you had no intention to follow the rules of the server nor did you care about getting warned over it again even if a punishment was included.

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

I am denying this appeal, as from what I have read. There was no intent to RP. Even if it was early in the morning using the excuse no one does RP. Just reinforces more for no RP to happen. For the RDA this was valid from Jack as well. You only have 1 more day left on your ban.
