Hi Rogue, thanks for making this complaint. I was asked to extend your ban for Stacked Class X, but since we don't ban for Class X until 2x Class E, and am not exactly sure on the backstory in this case. Wrath/Kenneth will be responding shortly to give his side of the story.

Hello Rogue,

While Stee ven was the one who banned you due to the time constraints, I was the one issuing the ban. I am going to break the ban down into sections to describe each part.

The metagaming part comes from when you were discussing spawn camping in the clip, https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/1xyyPdw4dMTC05/adFPQNJy6csv?invite=cr-MSxKRkosMTQwNTcxOTc2LA . As there is no mixing punishment in the guidelines, I gave you the closest thing which is metagaming. This was your first offense so it was only at class A.

The FailRP part was to d class saying "Overseer council :O" after being arrested by Plug. This is a FailRP infobreach given you were surrounded by other foundation staff and a D class medbay receptionist as well as the fact you cannot infobreach as foundation. However, during the sit when I addressed this to you, you disconnected and did not reconnect for 16 minutes, at which time Stee Ven issued the ban for me.

You were given both LTAP and LTARP because when you disconnected it avoided the sit, your medical license being revoked by SA, and the arrest being made by the site advisor.

Lastly, you were banned for class E stacked bans because you had 6 prior bans within a 6 month period.

I'd like to add I almost certainty caught you ban evading at the time of writing this extra reply, which I have proof of for whoever may need it.

I recommend updating your appeal to reflect this.

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

After reviewing the evidence and performing some of my own checks, I agree that the ban time is following all our punishment guidelines given, and all evidence provided is valid. I see no need to reduce the ban at this time.
