Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? Yes
Why should you be unbanned: Admin holland brought us into a sit after 1+ of just stalking our characters and then told us we were harrasing kayla, continued to then refuse to ask any of our question or provide any proof of this happening at all. He just said i have proof but "i cant show it to you" and then banned us for 2 weeks. At the moment of the ban we were outside medbay no where near her and he also admitted us not being around kayla basically at all after stalking us for 2 hours straight. He then says we spoke to her in core sector which i honestly dont think i did but yet again he refused to show any sort of proof. Yes i may her passed her by when going towards the ethics office but not once spoke badly about kayla or stalk her in any way whilst passing by her. Holland then refused to hear any of us out and then gagged all of us in the sit as soon as we started speaking, he brought us in the sit with a head straight on already banning us so i dont even get why he started a sit at all. But this continuation of ignoring any of our attempts to explain ourselves, not showing us any clips of this happening and straight up just being unprofessional leads me to believe this as a false ban for whatever reason. Also he then admitted to not even saying i said anything to her but still slapping me with a 2week ban which also seems extremely exaggerated.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: If any clips do arise of me speaking bad upon Kayla i am honestly sorry and in the moment would of definitely been as a joke, saying this i still have no recollection of continuously harassing her.
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: I like playing on it
*If kayla was indeed offended by anything said by me or the people i was playing with i'm genuinely sorry and would of never said anything with malicious intent behind it. Im also not responsible for the individual actions taken by the people i was playing with.
