Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? yes
Why should you be unbanned: because i followed the PAC rules and was very compliant with admins/ didnt argue at all/ was willing to change my PAC at any time. these admins need to understand they are in an admin position to determine wether or not a player deserves to be punished, for example: a player who is warned multiple times and is uncompliant deserves punishment, whereas a player whos receiving warnings and is being compliant listening to admins, all while also holding a level of respect to those admins, shouldnt be punished. when i say i was receiving warnings, i mean an admin pulled me everytime i broke PAC rules, for wich i was apologetic and ensured them im not trolling or trying to waste their time as i know they want to play the game too. in conclusion what im trying to say is these admins need to understand bans and kicks arent mandatory, thats why we have sentient humans doing these admin jobs, because were not robots and we dont only determine punishment reliant on how many warns a person has, we determine how hard someone should be punished reliant on their behaviour and wether they learned their lesson or need to be taught using punishment.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: i wont be purchasing PAC after this.
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: i payed real money for PAC and for it to be taken away from me over some minor shit that wasnt affecting anyone pisses me off alot im thinking of uninstalling gmod after my rank is gone because i only play gmod for this server and see no reason to have it anymore after this. i use to have fun on this server. id ask for a refund but the way yall got it setup not even a staff member could ask for a refund so thats another reason im thinking of leaving this server
