UNGOC Orange Suit Utility Addition

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This suggestion will make the UNGOC Orange Suit job spawn with the Anomaly Containment Beam and SCP Containment Restraints

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
No, the UNGOC Orange Suit is a very recent addition

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Allows the UNGOC Orange Suit to contain SCPs by themself during bad breaches where the Facility Dispensers are disabled, as Containment Cuffs and Beams aren't always available and would lead to the Orange Suit's early deaths.
Allows the Orange Suit to act more independently when it's squadmates are killed. Giving it more survivability and utility.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Beam/Cuffs can be obtained via Dispensers
Less coordination by ERT/E-11 and UNGOC during breaches when authorised to enter (This may be seen as a positive, allowing UNGOC to act as a secondary ERT wave instead of moving in with them.)

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
This would be a minor buff allowing the UNGOC Orange Suit to act more independantly as a fighting force against SCPs during Code Black level breaches.

-doesn't encourage much teamwork, especially since there are other people who can beam it for you even if you dont have a SCP Beam

This is only 1 positive
-The point of dispensers being disabled is so you can't buy stuff from it? Trying to avoid that makes getting dispensers on a lower priority

The GOC Orange Suit is meant to be heavily equiped for basically any task (Mostly SCP liquidation/containment), it makes no sense for it to not be equiped with a beam. Though I'd like to point out, usually (from my experience) SCPs typically target every else other than the Orange Suit (Considering how strong it is) which makes it very difficult to get your teammates to beam the SCP for you.

I'd also like to agree that Dispensers being disabled should be at a high priority, however Foundation players have a very hard time reaching the boxes required to fix this, mostly due to them being in HCZ and UNGOC are unable to fix them typically.

(also Foundation never have beams for some reason)

REAL

20 minutes into an 079 breach and the dispensers still won't be fixed
