What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:
Been here for a few years, and through my time I have had plenty of experiences that have shaped not only my view, but my understanding of the Foundation and beyond. During my duration as O-1 Enlisted, it especially allowed me a further look at how the Ethics Committee functions, and it permitted me the honor of a behind the scenes experience. My tenure within the Internal Security Department, and prior Internal Affairs as Ambassador, have put me into a mindset that separates me from other primary combative positions, and has allowed me to find that I operate better when I can help people. I should hope my experiences deem me perhaps not the best, but one of the better choices for ECA. Additional note, I was a former Ethics Committee Assistant on the UK side, so I wish to return in ECA capacity, except on the US site (my home).
-
What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?:
Ethics Committee Assistants are the eyes and ears of the Ethics Committee around the site. They assist in ensuring all personnel are behaving ethically, and provide their assistance to members of the Ethics Committee with their day to day duties. They act as mediators for the Code of Ethics, ensuring the CoE is being followed by all personnel around the site, as well as responding to any ethical concerns that may be brought to their attention.

Please give some lore about your Ethics Committee Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
After entering Foundation service in 2014 as a member of the Internal Affairs team, it took two years for Asteria Silver to be chosen for a special opportunity within the Internal Security Department. After acceptance, he was sent to Los Angeles, California to the ISD Processing Center, in which he took a year-long course in basic arithmetic, advanced studies of the English language, advanced psychology, advanced sociology, camouflage, and marksmanship. Additional training occurred with a Boot Camp course, which took another 6 months and sent him to Fort Leonard Wood, whereas he partook in One Station Unit Training. After the near two year deployment for training, it wasn't until 2017 in which he was properly assigned to Site-56, serving with the Internal Security Department Undercover Division. Two more years of operation took place there, until Site-65 reassignment took place in 2021, whereas he was placed into the Internal Security Department Uniformed Division. In 2023, Internal Affairs was reformed to merge with the ISD, at which point the Site-65 ISD Uniformed Divison Site-based Asset Security Group was merged into the grander ISD.
In 2024, Asteria took up post as an Ambassador, before becoming an Investigator in 2025. It was during 2025 in which he was selected for service within Nu-7 "Hammer Down", which after achieving SNCO ranking within Nu-7, a selection process for Omega-1 "Laws Left Hand" took place in which "Asgard" was formed. After a while, he returned to normal service in ISD after a relatively comfortable time within O-1. Additional time was spent within other task forces, such as Epsilon-11 "Nine Tailed Fox", where he met Grace Faldas, who became a good friend.
In the year 2026, Asteria decided to take on a name change, becoming Astralria Moonstone as a way to help cover some tracks of the past. Upon discovery of their anomalous abilities, Astralria Moonstone took a leave from the Ethics Committee within the United Kingdom's site, and moved back to their home in the United States, where relocation to Site-65 commenced. From there, they received contact from some rather important individuals about a new opportunity. The Medical Department has treated him rather well, but perhaps this is a chance at redemption, and to show that he is more than "a reptile" as some would call him.
