Name: Barry 'Blue' Uriah
Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:531454693
Previous Rank: Director of Research
Date of resignation?: December 13th, 2024
Why did you resign?: I resigned due to my feelings on how well I felt I could help the department at the time, as I was being discouraged by a lot of factors, and I had been overworking myself to get the large workload over with sooner than later, burning myself out heavily.
Prior to this resignation , have you ever been demoted or resigned?: No
Have you ever been kicked/warned/banned?: One warning back at the beginning of my time on Civil Networks for giving a D-Class a gun while I was a chef, but that was an extremely long time ago.
Why should you return / why can you now commit to being staff again?: I believe that I should return as I have had time to reflect on the way I handle a large load of work, as well as being given a larger insight into where I can improve on my management skills for the Research department. When I left, I felt extremely tired and discouraged to continue my work, but I now come into the new year after having some personal experiences that have helped me re-spark my drive to work harder and smarter towards my ultimate goal, which is to make the Research Department as great as I can possibly help make it. With my improved skillset.
