Mikael "Boots" Jorgen grew up down south, a place where white collar jobs didn't much exist, and your 'Sunday Best' consisted of some ostrich hide boots, your favorite pair of starched Wrangler jeans, and the last button down flannel shirt you had clean. There wasn't much to his life besides the land he helped his father maintain, but didn't keep him from being a star student in school. His thirst for knowledge would only be quenched by researching topics that were puzzling to others. Once he finished high school, he went on to college to study physics, securing a spot in a PhD program before graduating with his bachelor's. After schooling, he was recruited by Site-65, allowing him to continue his research into the anomalies across the world. Sure, he was given a fancy white labcoat with a pocket protector, but there are some things that he can't leave behind. That's why every day when he's on site, you'll see him in some boots, jeans, flannel, and his western hat.
