Yes, but all of these occured back in 2022. I haven't received another in almost 2 years.
I received a ban for FailRP/LTAP, and a ban for severe toxicity, but these were appealed and scrubbed.
I have also received a kick for NITRP and Micspam.

What makes you suitable for SCP-096?:
I am well versed in it's rules, and I think I can play his role properly and in a fun way.

What is the usual behaviour of SCP-096 when pacified?:
SCP-096 is to wait in his chamber until someone sees his face. When pacified, he can roam after 60 seconds of being left alone until he comes into contact with any other person, when he must stay still and crouch down.

When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?:
SCP-096 is ONLY allowed to go where his target is, nothing else. He cannot beeline to D-block unless his target is located there.

How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process:
Firstly, personnel attempting to recontain 096 must get scrambler goggles, buckets, and must wait for him to terminate all of his -1 instances. When 096 enters his passive state, he is to be bucketed, beamed, and then cuffed. It is also to be ensured that the 096 photo is totally destroyed, and then he is to be returned to containment.
