Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?
-I want to expand the roleplay I provide with the community around me. I enjoy providing enjoyable situations to allow people to explore with roleplay and curiosity. I know that nurturing the feeling of hope and inspiration is important to blossom into a full fledged roleplayer. I have been assisting people with this confidence and providing an example of what to do to create and experience roleplay in any situation. I thought of staying as a SNR Re. as I felt quite compelled; but after being referred by Mr. Swanson I made the consideration and decided to act on it. I want to take full advantage of the opportunities I am given; I want to be an example all over and being given the chance to be a leader of this stature will help greatly. I enjoy providing a welcoming and kind environment for people to have the chance to explore and continue their journey along the path of roleplay within research and even other branches. It is important to leave a lasting impact on people that allows them to reflect the positive interactions they made and learn from constructive criticism they have received. These are key factors of being a leader and an executive researcher.
What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
- I am as qualified as anyone else. The only thing I see that I hold is my out-going and expressive attitude. I am advocate for documentation and I have always felt strongly towards putting yourself out their to take a chance and make the best of your time. I naturally push myself and others to be their best self and follow what they are passionate about. That it be a study in RP or a anomaly they wish to document. I have a serious dedication to my crafts and I will spend hours upon hours to complete a document or to continue a roleplay that will create lasting effects and hold benefactors for the people around them. I will continue my dedication to this branch and this type of roleplay as it allows me to truly expand and teach others in the best way I find possible. I have spent a lot of time on understanding what thaumatology is to help explain and simplify this information for other personnel. I want to allow this informative to be grasped by everyone and want people to be able to learn about this in a safe and secure environment, hence research bay. Overall I just look forward to create roleplay with other personnel and want to continue to giving people the chances to roleplay with these subjects.

- 3, Along as you put effort into the document and properly note down the important details of what happened and how it benefits the foundation, then it is worth being considered a excellent document. An original idea that has not been repeat or done before. That is how it can be seen as an excellent document. Showing dedication and you having actual interest is key to the creation of a excellent graded document. Dedication to one's work with little to no spelling mistakes and grammatical errors is ideal. This is prevents and limits any misconceptions between the reader and the writer of the document. One of the most important part of this is to provide information that is legible and comprehensible. Without these a document will not hold the qualities needed to be an excellent document. You should allow any and all personnel access to your information, inclusion is a key component to shaping a document as it provides multiple points of views to examine the document. Giving everyone the chance to look at your document shows you want to provide an example of your excellent document to everyone.
What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
- As an executive research you will be expected to set and example. You will be there to assist researchers and overview their test and research. You will be expected to consistently research and study anomalies as it sets a precedent for researchers in the future. Being the example they can follow is the best method to being an executive researcher. Lastly, you need to be able to communicate with your fellow researchers. Being a good leader requires communication, which means to speak to everyone. Exclusions shows signs of unprofessionalism and rude tendencies. It is important to provide a friendly environment that allows people to share criticism fairly and constructively. It is important researchers feel welcomed and appreciated for their efforts as it provides positive encouragement to continue to roleplay and work hard within their branch. Everyone should feel included and it is important that you give them the comfortable feeling in the work environment fairly. Executive researchers will be responsible for training new personnel and preparing them for being a researcher. Providing a basic understanding of how to test, how to write a document, and how you approach applying your test. Activity is a key component to any good leader and showing you have a discord and in-game presence is necessary. You are research, you must act as if you were constantly being watch. In turn you are being watched and your personnel beneath you will follow that example you set. It is crucial you make that example a good one and show self initiative, self restraint, and confidence.
Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:
- As a researcher I have given multiple lectures on the presence and details of Reality, Thaumatology, and Metaphysics. I have also assisted with the studying and interview of a new anomaly they was acquired for a short period of time. Lastly, I have been involved in the development and creation of devices used to capture reality benders and type blues. I have kept my roleplay from a researcher perspective and provide roleplay to everyone to provide lore for everyone to experience. Before Hikov arrived at site 65; hikov was a researcher at research site 92. Studying thaumatology, thaumaturgy, metaphysics, and pataphysics. Studying these concepts for years now they have been quite fluent on the topics frequently wishing to educate others on the matters. The importance behind this is the universe is still greatly unexplored and not completely understood. Researcher Hikov Brunski has decided to dedicate their time to helping explain these topics to other personnel for the safety and protection of site-65. They will continue to study these topics and how they effect the world and reality around us. This is an example of the studies I have created over the course of a couple months "Reality is how we express the universe’s tendency to obey the known laws of physics. When the universe has a strong reality, it will obey these laws. When reality is weak, these laws can be altered in many ways. Reality is measured in a unit known as the “hume” (or Hm for notation). When using the measurement of a hume in conversation or writing, do not think of it as a noun but as an adjective -- similar to using celsius for temperature. I do not say “It is 45 celsiuses here,” to describe the temperature, but rather I say “The temperature is 45 celsius.” In the same way, I would not say “This area has 45 humes,” but rather “The strength of reality in this area is 45 hume.” Hume is simply a reference to how strong reality is in an area, not a thing in itself.". They look forward to make people aware of the science behind these topics and show what the true meaning is. As science will always be present and can explain nearly everything.
