Since I became my journey as a researcher, my goal was to be the highest rank i could possibly be

Even tho im young doesn't mean Im stupid and inresponsable. I can make pretty difficult decisions and I can be as serious as possible

Don't know how to check that so not sure. Excellent document needs essential things like: notes, participants count, death count, purpose of testing etc.
What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
Be as responsible as possible and take everything seriously. Manage lower rank researchers and warn them when needed.
