Discord name: Xgems

For how long have you played on CG SCP: Started about a month and half ago but Ktime is 8 days and 21 hours

Age: 22

In what country are you located?: USA

Time zone: EST

Character name(s): Hale Richards

Civilian name: Verso Trigger

What server are you applying for? (SCP-RP UK or SCP-RP USA): SCP-RP USA

Do you have a mic?:
Yes

List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held: MTF E-11 LCPL

Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: I have one recent failRP warning for killing a D-Class as a Thaumatologist when they were shooting multiple GSD in order to defend them. At the time, I was not aware that I was not able do that as a Thaum since they aren't combative and my life wasn't in danger. At the time I was still new to the Thaum role and wasn't familiar with all the rules behind it.

Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?: I'm putting in an application for Executive as I have had many people come up to me, suggesting that I should apply and I would be a perfect addition to the team. I also want to move up in the division as I feel it would broaden my opportunities in the RP field as a researcher and be able to take part in more in-depth and extensive RP scenarios and events.

What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?: I would be suitable as an Executive Researcher as I feel I bring great potential to the RSD department. I've gained quite a good reputation as I've spent more and more time on the server and have had quite a few fellow researchers come ask me for advice even as just a Senior researcher. Not only that, other Execs. and DPT directors have recommended me to apply for Executive. I plan to help out whenever I am needed, not just in RSD but with any department that needs me.

How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?: One Excellent Document (And one pending in discussion for a Perfect Document).

An excellent document is one that clearly communicates its purpose while remaining well organized and easy for the reader to understand. It presents information in a logical structure, uses precise language, and supports its points with relevant details or evidence. Additionally, an excellent document maintains proper grammar and formatting, ensuring that the message is both professional and effective for its intended audience.

What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?: To lead by example. Executive researchers are to guide their Jr's into help furthering RSD and supervise ongoing experiments, cross-tests and research projects. They review and approve research documents, experiment plans and testing requests submitted by their Jrs and give them any feedback that they feel is necessary. Lastly, they can also conduct their own experiments with their CL4 and bring interesting ideas to the Foundation that may prove beneficial.

Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Hale Richards was born in North Carolina, in the United States where he displayed exceptional academic ability from an early age, particularly in biology, physics, and cognitive sciences. After earning dual doctorates in Anomalous Biology and Applied Cognitive Sciences from Yale University, Richards published several controversial research papers exploring the possibility of non-standard biological systems and perception-based anomalies. While initially dismissed by the academic community, elements of his work closely aligned with known anomalous phenomena, drawing the attention of Foundation recruiters. Following a thorough background investigation and psychological evaluation, Richards was recruited into the SCP Foundation and assigned to Site-65, where his analytical approach and innovative research methodologies quickly distinguished him among his peers. Despite being relatively new to the Foundation compared to his peers, Richards has already contributed to multiple experimental proposals and containment reviews, and senior staff have noted his strong potential to become a highly valuable asset within the Research Department.
