What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:
I think I’d be a good fit for the Ethics Committee Assistant role because of my skills/experience working across a mix of different classes/teams. Playing in all kinds of classes has been one of the best parts of my time on the server. Trying something new. It’s not just about doing the job each class abilities about being able to stay calm, think faster and smarter, and handle situations without making things worse.
Going through different things showed me how important it is to be professional and think just what’s right in front of me. Not every situation has a clear right or wrong answer, and I’ve learned how to deal with that while keeping cool and making sure I’m fair. I’ve also seen how much smoother things go when people respect each other and work together instead of just focusing on themselves.
I think I could make Ethics Committee fair still enforcing and stays fun and respectful for everyone. I want to help out cadets/anyone who needs It Ive seen alot of people needing help not get help. I’m not trying to act like I know everything or that I’m above/pull power on anyone I just want to help keep the community having less issues in a way that’s fair and enjoyable.
I’m ready If you give me a chance to have more responsibility and do what I can to support the community. I can make the time better for everyone, and I think joining the Ethics Committee would be a great way to give me a chance to make that happen.

Hyper Smith started as a Ethics Assistant at Site-65 but quickly got a feeling for fairness and dedication to the Ethics Committee’s principles. Raised with a strong sense of respect for individual rights, Hyper believes that rules are not just regulations but tools to ensure everyone’s safety, and enjoyment.
Having saw firsthand how people can be and rushed judgments can effect Site staff, Hyper made it his mission to serve as a mediator and to help all members. While he’s serious about his duties, Hyper maintains a calm and approachable demeanor that makes others comfortable coming to him with problems or questions.
Even though the SCP Foundation can be a really stressful place, Hyper always manages to stay positive and patient. He’s super detail oriented and always puts in the extra effort, which has made a lot of people both in the committee and fair to everyone and people really respect him.
He also sets up sessions to help staff understand Ethics Committee rules better, which helps cut down on confusion and frustration between departments. Thanks to his work, communication has gotten better and Site-65 feels more like a team.
